Laura Mercier Silk Cream Oil-free Photo Edition Foundation, Cream Ivory, 1 Fl Oz

I purchased this item and was very pleased with the shade and finish. The shade is more on the warm side of the neutral spectrum. This can work for fair to light complexions. A little goes a long way so don't let the size of the tube fool you. It is a buildable foundation that can achieve moderate to full coverage. I like to mix this with my Too Faced Beauty Balm (Vanilla Glow) for a more natural dewy finish. A good setting powder or setting spray helps this stay in place all day, even in humid weather. It can be difficult to remove without a decent makeup removing cleanser & facial brush. (I use a makeup remover cloth first and then cleanser with a facial brush.) I am a little disappointed in the price because I can buy it at my local department stores for the same cost without waiting for the shipping.

Bitterly disappointed, worse than high street brands. Read reviews that it was good for oily skin and feel lied to.

Like her make up. Finish looks great.

Mercier is the queen of foundations. No one does it better or more naturally. I have combo to dry skin and this has a nice finish and medium-light coverage.
