I recently purchased this Range Hood for my kitchen and I have been extremely impressed with its performance. The hood is quiet, which is a huge plus when cooking and entertaining guests. The sleek design fits seamlessly under my cabinets and looks great in my modern kitchen.But the best part is how well it works. The powerful motor quickly and efficiently removes smoke, steam, and cooking odors from my kitchen. I no longer have to worry about my house smelling like last night's dinner or setting off smoke alarms. The range hood also has multiple speed settings and bright LED light bulb I installed, making it easy to customize to my needs.Installation was also a breeze. The range hood came with clear and easy-to-follow instructions, and all the necessary hardware was included. I was able to install it myself in no time.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend this Range Hood to anyone in need of a powerful and stylish addition to their kitchen.

We are remodeling after 15 years and we got a new electric range. The old hood fan unit needed to be replaced to match and because it was also old. After searching for a few days, I decided on this one. Glad I did. It was easy to install and the mount holes lined up with the ones from the old unit. I had to cut a hole because this comes with a rectangle vent hole but with a pair of tin snips (I know everyone may not have those but they are cheap to buy and maybe a friend has some) I cut the hole out in about 3 minutes.It is very quite (fan), bright light (bulb not included but they are a $1) looks high quality and the color matches the range just as pictured. I recommend this for the quality, appearance and price.

Exactly what I needed to replace the broken 40 year old hood fan in my tired old kitchen. This thing was seriously easy to install. Instructions were clear where needed, not that we really needed them as the installation was pretty self explanatory IMHO. Take out the old hood and inspect what you need [if you need anything additional] to install the new hood. Our ductwork was rectangular just like the damper on this fan so it went up seamlessly with some new metal ductwork tape. Switching over the wiring was simple. Fixating the hood in place took the two of us [because I wanted it just right], but within a few minutes it was up. Power turned back on and we were in business. Our kitchen is seriously falling apart, but I'm not in the market to overhaul the whole thing just yet. In the meantime this was an economical fix for a broken fan and it looks fabulous. This thing is quieter than the old one I took out and boy oh boy it has way more power than the old one too; I mean I knew the old one was dying, but I didn't realize exactly how bad it was otherwise I would have replaced it years ago before it up and quit on me. If this new one lasts until I get around to remodeling my kitchen then I definitely got my money's worth on this purchase. I'd recommend this product.

I purchased this as a replacement for a 20 yr old mobile home, which is almost the identical unit. Very tiny changes in all that time. The old one had quit working years ago, and I just finally got around to replacing it. Upon removing the old one, and comparing it to the new, I saw where it had failed.The installation went very easily and I had no trouble at all. It would be nice if they just automatically included an LED or shatter-resistant (for shipping) bulb for an extra couple dollars, but they don't. And strangely, the listing on Amazon that includes a bulb includes a package of 24(!) LED bulbs, and $30 more expensive. Unless you have just now realized that you wanted to change all your bulbs in your house to LED, and are fine with 60w equivalent lighting in all your rooms, that's a little pointless of a purchase.The only downfall I have with the unit itself, is that it's not really built to last.These units have no separation at all between the filter underneath, and the motor unit - it's literally wide open in the path of all the exhaust. This means that anything that the filter can't catch or if you don't change the filter regularly (of which I was guilty of letting go too long on my original, I will admit, but it only will prolong the inevitable), the buildup of grease, smoke, etc, will end up bringing the motor assembly to a halt over time. I don't know if other units have more robust assemblies but just make sure you do clean regularly to get the most life out of it.Fortunately, it's inexpensive enough that even 10 years is a great value considering how simple this one is to install and use.

Perfect color match, easy install (25 minutes), and very quiet fan on low speed. All knockouts for electrical and venting are available for multiple configurations. Great value/cost ratio. Very pleased.

Needed to replace an '80's Broan range hood in the bisque color which is hard to find these days. Amazon had it! A near copy of the original range hood it replaced which made installation easy.
