Brilliant Design
I'm on a journey to reduce use of disposables in my life. I hate using floss around my fingers, and I've always easily used the floss in those disposable picks.I tried a different reusable floss handle, but the design was too wide for my mouth. It didn't have anything to adjust the tension, so the floss kept coming loose. This purchase is wonderful exactly because of the option to tighten the floss and the head fits everywhere in my mouth!I only have 3 complaints, more like minor suggestions to the creators. The floss itself is terrible. I thought I would just use it up, but ended up tossing it because it didn't even go in between my teeth. It's very easy to re-load. Just wind any other floss around the spool - I used the flat kind that glides. That brings me to my next point about the spool. I don't have complaints against it, but I think it would be great if it was designed with a kind of hook of some sort to hold one end of the floss while you're re-filling it.My last suggestion is the material it's made out of. Even though I'll be reducing my waste and saving money by not buying the disposable picks, it is still plastic. I would like to see this design offered in a sturdy, tarnish-free metal. I would pay more for this to be truly something that will last a lifetime.

Better than all the other reusable ones
I have been searching for a while for a easy to use and it is reusable one, so far the best!

All-in-all, it's ok... it's as others have stated...
All-in-all, regardless of the below Cons, I'm content, so far, with this purchase based on its price point and reusability.Cons:* It really is THE absolute worst floss I have ever used. It is so stringy and gets stuck between teeth, sometimes I can't even get it between teeth before it's ripping apart.* Every single package arrived completely open. Like someone else noted, whatever glue they used to attach the clear plastic front to the cardboard backing just didn’t stick or disintegrated. None of them remained in their own packaging. I had thought to gift some of the 5pk to others, but it looks like I opened it prior to gifting. * For something that goes in your mouth, no telling where else this has been since it's like someone opened every single package and took all the products out, then dumped it all into the bag prior to shipping. I recommend removing whatever floss is exposed and washing the part that goes in your mouth (what is normally protected with the provided cover/cap) prior to first use.Pro:* The spool that holds the floss has teeth to keep it from moving while you are using it, helps to keep the tension. I’m not sure what is keeping the floss from slipping once you start getting to the end of what’s wound around the spool, though.* Also, the circular spool comes out completely, so it seems that you can, in fact, easily wind different floss onto there to replace the really poor floss it comes with.Additional Info:* Made in Taiwan

Not a strong product
Bought these as a first run of a reusable flosser, and was very disappointed with it. The floss broke after a few teeth each time, causing me to reload 3-4x per use. The concept is good, but the execution is not. Save your money, buy something else.

Worth it if Willing to Load Your Own Floss
Like many others mentioned, the included floss sucks and kind of hurts. There's no easy way to replace the whole spool other than to wind it up slowly. If you're willing to do that, then it works pretty well. It looks more sophisticated than the competition. It has a ratcheting mechanism to tighten it although it still comes loose if you tug hard enough. Also wish the metal piece to cut the floss was closer to the end so less is wasted. It is still easier than traditional floss and less wasteful than those disposable ones.
