We love this product, but the mixing instructions are wrong. I would use at least 24oz of water per stick; otherwise, it's sickeningly sweet. 24-32oz is the sweet spot. I love it because it's zero calories, and it will give you a quick "pick me up" without a bunch of sugars and junk. I'm a big fan of G2 powder and Liquid IV. Compared to those, I give the taste a 4 out 5 where I give those a 5 out of 5.As far as weight loss is concerned, this will absolutely help you lose weight if you are drinking this IN PLACE OF a high-calorie, HFCS, or both drink (e.g., non-Mexican soda, sweet tea, etc.), and you should get enough of a kick to exercise at least five times per week. Obviously, one should never or rarely consume High Fructose Corn Syrup.

I've used this before it was single serve packets. Keep in mind, all bodies are different so the results may not be 100% for everyone. I don't drink coffee so I drop 1/4 to 1/5 packet into a shot sized cup for a concentrated pick me up. It works fast. I don't get jitters. I have shared with others who do process it more sensitively. But, as a long time user, almost daily it does energize. Not crazy about lemon flavor but excited to try new tropical mimosa flavor. I miss the old school blue raspberry flavor. It's worthwhile to get you moving. Calorie busting, you just have to put in your time. This will make you move for sure so get ur done!

First, let me address some reviewers who rated this product low because they decided to buy a potassium supplement when they didn't need it. IF you get dehydrated easily, work in the sun, sweat a lot, work out a lot, etc. Then you MAY need to replenish your electrolytes, one of the most prominent which, is potassium. If you get muscle cramps, heat exhaustion....potassium. And even if you have a hangover.... potassium. If not... then DO NOT TAKE THIS SUPPLEMENT!!! And do not rate this supplement low because you don't read warnings or take advice from a dr first. I KNOW I need this. I work outdoors in over 100 degrees, in a very physical job. I have been to the ER a dozen times for heat related illness. I have a medical condition which prevents my body from absorbing electrolytes, vitamins and minerals properly. Is people like me, and very active athletes who can benefit from this supplement. Otherwise, a person can get too much potassium and become ill. A glass of OJ has about 500-700 mg of K. This has about 1000mg. So it isn't even really THAT much. Now on to the review.I got the flavorless powder and, well, it isn't exactly flavorless, it tastes like chalk. I nearly vomited. But, because it is such a subtle chalk taste (lol), I am able to mix in flavor. So I was drinking Body Armor drinks before, but decided I didn't want those anymore due to the high amount of sugar in them. So now, I mix 1/3 body armor with 2/3 of this Keto k1000, and it seems to work pretty well at covering up the chalk taste and still getting me the K that I need, with less sugar. So, overall, seems to be working well (K.O.W.). Next time I'm ordering the orange flavor... hopefully it isn't gross.

Hydroxycut changed their formula and just lost two more customers. My wife and I have used these drink packets for a while, as it use to curbe our appetites, give a great energy boost we needed for work and tasted awesome and was worth the product price.Now with the addition of electrolytes to replace what was removed, weird smell and weakened flavor, they've lost us and many others. This is not worth what they are charging.Hydroxycut, why don't you leave what's working alone?It's time to find another product, we are no longer purchasing Hydroxycut packets.

I don't drink these for weight loss, I drink them for the energy and the taste. Ordering here is a few dollars cheaper than in stores

So I made myself a drink with this (just mixed it with water) at 8 am, Monday, and set about my day. First of all it's got that fake sweet taste, which isn't awful, but not really good, either. Whatever, I wanna be skinny. I chug it. Within ten minutes I have to pee. Bad. I drop my car off at the dealership to be serviced, ask to use the bathroom. I leave. I have to pee, again. It's been about ten minutes. Is now 2:40 am, Tuesday, and I have peed approximately 45 times. I don't think I pee 45 times in a week. Good luck and Godspeed.
