I disliked that the bottom was crushed inward but it was shipped anyway ! :-(Can't be bothered shipping it back and won't buy another.

Well made product. Has stayed beautiful over the past months of use.

I received the Colander in a soft large envelope without any protective wrapping rather than in a carboard box. The Base of the Colander was collapsed, distorting the shape. I was able to push-out the dents, but should have NOT received the Colander in this condition. The "Stainless Steel" used is a VERY THIN Gauge unlike other Colanders I have. I wanted it for the small holes, but was disappointed by the durability of the construction. Should have been definitely packaged better given the easily distorted construction.

It is easy to clean, sturdy and effective. So glad I have switched to this product line.

Is ok. The ring at the base will hold liquids in so I have to offset it on a slant or have it partially set over a drain hole to get it to drain, but is ok all around.
