Is the seagull fixed to the little pilings? I want to put it on my own pilings.

Does this seagull have a switch for ocean sounds and seagull noises that you are able to turn on and off?

Has anyone kept this outside? Does it fade in the sun?

I received my seagull and there are three white paint dots on tail. Is this a defect or is this the way it's made? Need to know if I should return
