Great colour match to pictures. Easy to build although the instructions are not the clearest. Good and sturdy. Fits up to size 7(my size ok) but not my husband's 12s. Had to put them in the side cupboard.

Difficult to put together, and on completion the top drawer goes in too far unless intentionally positioned at the closed position. Some healed shoes don't fit in it. I do however like the shoe rack and am using it.

I’m not one to give bad reviews but unfortunately this one highly recommends it as I have never purchased such a horrible item.To start - the instructions are a nightmare, I’m extremely into building things but this was a no no for me. I ended up having to guess most of the introductions myself and it took me over 3 hours.Second of all the biggest disappointment is that there’s no back panel to this cupboard, allowing all dust to get in as well as allowing you to see the end of the shoes on the side.Also the front gaps are massive - again allowing she shoe to show through.The handles are extremely horrible as they are dusty and seem they had tape over it and when removed it left the mark.Also there’s a couple of dents and damage on the outside wood - again making it look cheap and old.There’s nothing good about this itemHuge disappointmentAlways read reviews and stick to peoples experiences prior to you committing to a product.

Great product.It comes in pieces.We needed 2 hours to setup.

ProsNice colour.Looks nice when set up.Quick and easy communication with seller and fast response.ConsExtremely difficult to assemble.Instructions very hard to follow.Instructions also had wrong information, had to contact seller with issues.Had to buy slightly bigger screws to screw in as ones given kept falling out.Came with missing back section, didn't mind so much as you couldn't tell when set up.Unless you're very good with assembling things, I wouldn't bother. Took us ages to assemble and then kept falling apart, not worth the headache.

My Father-in-Law kindly offered to put this together for us but he found it was not a one-person job and had to enlist the help of my Mother-in-Law for the final stages. He said the instructions were OK but it was fiddly and not ideal! Apparently there was some cursing, as is often the way with flat-packs!It isn't a piece of top quality furniture. There is no back to it and the wood feels quite cheap. We discovered a chip in the bottom corner of the cupboard door but not sure if this was a defect or if it occurred during assembly. Either way, we need the storage space and do not want the hassle of returning and having to reassemble. It is however a nice colour and otherwise looks stylish, although it does show up fingerprints very easily so be prepared to wipe it down and dust regularly.In summary, it's not bad for the price and it is one of the most practical shoe storage cupboards I've seen in that it can store both boots and shoes. It will certainly do the job for nowFortunately I have very small feet (2.5 UK) but my Husband's size 9 shoes only just fit and have to be placed at an angle, so please consider your shoe size when calculatimg how many pairs of shoes can be stored. Ankle boots and any shoes with a slightly high back do not fit and have to be stored in the cupboard. The cupboard does accommodate a pair of knee-high boots comfortably on the bottom shelf and my ankle boots on the one above. I've stacked 2 pairs of ankle boots on top of each other (one pair upside down on top of the other) for maximum efficiency.

Great product and value fir money but not the easiest to assemble esp as the instructions has company name printed in.large font across the middle of the pages which makes it difficult to see the instructions. Once built up this is a great shoe cupboard
