I received my product (reed diffuser oil) quickly. When the scent wasn't quite what I was expecting the seller responded to my message for assistance immediately and was very professional and helpful. I will definitely continue to order my Berger refills from them in future.

Very bad, waste of money

I don't know what the deal is with this product. It says it's for reed diffusers, but it smells like Berger Lamp fuel—like alcohol. I thought, maybe this is just the Berger riff on diffuser fuel so I put in a reed diffuser, and it does absolutely nothing. No fragrance at all. It's just a decorative fire hazard sitting beside the couch. I had purchased a Berger Reed diffuser kit before, and it was amazing. But these "refills" are a very different product and I would give them zero stars if I could.
