Useful
As someone who drinks protein shakes fairly often, this tool has been so helpful! One scoop/serving of protein powder fits in each compartment perfectly, so I always have meals on the go. I also use the last compartment for my daily multivitamins. I bring this with me almost every where, even on trips and it is so helpful in keeping me prepared with meals on hand!

Awesome Item!
I like the size of it and the compartments. I want to use 4oz portions, and these are perfect for my lunch and breaks at work.They are easy to unscrew but haven’t came apart on their own.I want to take a few more items so I have bought a second one.

Well needed item
Dishwasher safe, great for bariatric meals. It even holds my protein until I'm ready to mix it. That portion comes with a spout for pouring the powder. Love it. Thank you.

Perfect

LOVE the size and compact
Love the size of the container. Easy for travel/overnight stays. Wish the pour spout was smaller to where it fit into the opening of a water bottle. The opening is the same size, if not a smidge larger than a water bottle opening. But great otherwise, very good product.
