I got this genset for home to support 2Acs and a 0.5 pump and other home electricals. after researching comparable genesets from honda, kirloskar, dpk etc, I found kohler to be more responsive in their callback and providing information. The price was also reasonable compared to the others, the biggest selling point for me was the sales/support team who were very professional and transparent.It took 7 days approx for the genset to arrive since I asked for factory fitted AMF panel. Make sure to check with the delivery company on how they would unload since this is 220kgs and need 5-6 people.The team would give regular updates on what is happening till the day of delivery so that is a good thing.The installation was really good, the technician came a day prior and planned the installation and next day, within half day finished all the work of 2 earthing and looping to the mains.The genset gives off little smoke and vibration during startup but is clean after few seconds. the vibrations are very minimal and the sound is low. works perfectly for home. extremely simple to use as well. Thanks to the TACT team for the support. it was a pleasant experience. Definitely recommended this.

Delivery was on time. Delivery people were polite and helpful, easy unloading and everything was good about the delivery.
