The Savage One: A Mafia Romance (The Hale Mafia Book 3)

Again, book 3 starts right where book 2 ends which is perfect when reading back to back. And its a perfect ends to the whole Charlie story! I dont think it could end any different and still feel complete.Charlie has grown so much and after this whole saga . . . This feels right. Dont get me wrong, this is Mafia world so really how right can it be?!?!? But for Charlie, this is it and it leaves me with a bit of a smile and wonderment on what will happen next. Seriously though, Mafias just dont end and disappear. . . So when will I get more? This series has me needy! And greedy!I absolutely loved the rush, the drama, the ups and so many downs, and twisted tales and screw ups that created such a memorable series. It's one that I would reread again and still have moments that tear me up and make me ache. Its definitely a savage read that is absolute perfection!

**Spoilers ahead**So she still in love with Teddy after he did the worst thing imaged to her and then can't figure her feelings out with Lucas. Jules seems to be more understanding but he then lose it. Cam and Emil those death seemed anticlimactic. Emil gets killed by someone else and Cam ends up drown , like really. You put so much in to him and there is not a really good fight seen and then he dies. The twins baby her and shew doesn't stand up for here self. Oh and Jules saves a lady out of the blue. Lucas and Charlie finally almost toward the end of the book say there feeling and then they leave and the author leaves it with before the baby is born. And Julies is plaining things to get messy. She doe not wrap it up. Some miss spelled words. The last two books seemed very rush and uncompleted . There could have been a lot better. sad

The last book was shorter than the rest but still managed to provide a great plot and happy ending. I enjoyed this series and would definitely read it again.

Holy guacamole, dude! To say that The Hale Mafia is a rollercoaster of emotions is to put it mildly! BL Mute takes you on the freaking ride of your life with this epic story. Just when you think this story can’t possibly captivate you more BL Mute gently asks you to please hold her beer! Each book gets better until you get to the culmination with The Savage One and like the past books it does not disappoint!My head spun, my heart raced, and never was I simultaneously more happy and upset that I couldn’t speed read because I wanted to both savor and devour this series. Yes, girl it is that good! Now all I can do with my life is just sit and pray that this gets turned into audiobooks because holy Christ on a cracker that would be epic!! All the stars.Ps. My book guru Brittany Franks will now never stop being smug about the fact her book recs are all damn stellar. *sigh* 🤣 #worthit

You have to read The Devious King and The Vengeful Queen before The Savage One or your going to be lost. I was lucky and got to read all three of them in one sitting. Charlie and Teddy has been though quiet the journey in these books. Charlie is a girl who spent most of her life sheltered until her father died and she was thrown head first into the world of the mafia. Teddy is the head of the Hale family. But in the second book I feel like he blew it and proved that he was not worthy of Charlie so the man had some major making up to do before I would like him again in this book. The we have Lucas Hale. Holy smoking hot man that came along at just the right time. I don't want to tell you anything about this third book really. I felt like I was on this tilt-a-whirl that I couldn't get off of and the emotions in this book had me all over the place. This is one fantastic series that I don't think anyone who likes mafia books wouldn't love. I was also my first time reading B.L. Mute but I can promise you it will not be my last.

She feels lost, broken and alone but the three men that stand by her will get her through her loss and protect her and care for her. Charlotte had adjusted to her life with Teddy, but when the rug is pulled out from under her and she has to go into hiding, there is another man that she wants by her side. The problem is that Charlie shouldn’t want another man right now.He has loved her and cared about her for a while now, but they’ve both fought the attraction and the feelings. Now that Charlie is a free woman, perhaps they can have a life together. The problem is they have to make sure that all of the threats against Charlie are neutralized and that she will be safe.This was a quick paced story of a mafia queen and her loyal soldiers, but one of the soldiers is in love with the queen and he has to convince her that it’s okay to love again and move on in life. There are a lot of circumstances in their way, but they’ll fight side by side and find their happy place. I enjoyed the story and the characters in this story. Charlie is tough, scared, confused and determined. She’ll find peace and comfort, but it will take getting her hands dirty to do it. Lucas is a man that is determined to get what he wants and will fight for Charlie’s love and acceptance. I give this story a 4-star review and look forward to more of The Hale Mafia story.
