Bought this through Amazon as a replacement for a 15 year old worn shower head. It was a perfect replacement for the original. Fit like a glove and is performing flawlessly.

The first one I got was no good. It had been used and somebody returned it. It did not have a strainer/gasket. The screw on end was scarred up by someone using pliers instead of a wrench, plus it leaked badly. The replacement I received today is installed and works perfectly. Thanks for taking care of the problem promptly.

Had a bathroom remodel gone wrong. Contractor installed low flow rainhead shower head instead of listening to my request wanting good water pressure. I called Delta on my own and they suggested this one; it's 2.5 gpm rather than most that are now 1.75 gpm flow rate. Plus I like the 3 settings that don't have 'clicks' between them so you can adjust it to do half one setting/half another. I'm so glad I switched out shower heads; I can finally get the shampoo out of my hair! Definitely recommend if you need water pressure/ higher flow rate.

The water pressure in our 1950s home is as high as we can go (without signing a waiver). I was tired of the trickle and took a chance on this since it advertises itself as “high pressure”. Well, that an out there’s still truth in advertising! Bought two in the chrome and are very pleased after several months use. Easy to install.

Right out of the box, these shower heads have the feel of quality. The product housing is plastic, true, but it's a very polished plastic that feels very high quality. Looking at it, I honestly thought it was metal until I knocked on it. The fitting for securing the unit to the water line is metal, though, and using a few layers of thread seal tape, I had no leaks even on the first try. Water pressure out of this thing is crazy. We have a walk-in shower in the master bathroom, and I have to turn this thing toward the wall when starting the water to avoid it "bouncing" off the back wall and splashing out of the shower area.Tips for installation: Use PTFE / thread seal tape by wrapping a few layers of the tape around the water line threads. Screw the shower unit on by hand, then use an adjustable wrench to tighten the fitting just to the point where you start to feel resistance. Don't overdo it with the wrench. Most people will only need something like 1/4 to 1/2 turn past the point where you can hand tighten.So easy to install. And this simple shower head is so much more efficient (in that it uses much less water but still spreads that water out well enough to make for a good shower) than our old model. This is great for our house because our hot water heater is kind of small and couldn't previously keep up with consecutive showers. Now it can, due to less hot water used per shower! I'm very happy with this purchase.This shower head is pretty basic, sporting only three modes. There is your typical shower mode, with the small holes in the outer ring, your heavy stream mode, which uses the slightly larger groupings of holes in the middle layer, and your heavy "massage" type stream. All three modes have great pressure. The shower head is also secured to its fitting with a bearing, so it can swivel back and forth easily. Just don't expect fifteen functions from this thing like you see on some other "premium" shower heads.Do note that, like most modern shower heads, this unit uses the little rolling ball sprayers. On one of the two shower heads I ordered, turning the shower from the middle spray setting for the outer ring to the stream setting for the middle, larger holes can knock one or two of the rolling sprayers in the outer ring in a different direction. This isn't a big deal because you can use your finger to readjust it back to the regular position, but if you don't notice that one of the sprayers has gone rogue, it might spray some water in a direction that you weren't expecting.
