Nice shelves, but more like medium duty
The stated weight limits of 1250 lbs total and 250 lbs per shelf is absolutely not accurate. I would be surprised if it held 250 lbs total for any length of time. But they'll work fine for my needs which is more like light to medium duty, so I'll keep them. These types of shelves really aren't that difficult to assemble, it's a very common type sold at many different big box stores and retailers. Put the two halves of the clips together around the pole ensuring that they are facing the correct direction and slide them down until the click into the ring at whatever height you need the shelf, then slide the shelf on top of it.

Pantry perfect.
It took me 10 minutes to assemble. 20 minutes to fill. Now what do I do with the rest of my day? I'm ordering three more over the next couple weeks.

You get what you pay for
I’m giving it a 3-star only bc I will not use it as a heavy duty shelf, tbh this is not a good product overall. This thing is tilted and not stable, I will not put anything over 20 pounds on the upper level.Assembling: manufacturer should use a better printer for the manual, the pictures were like some newspaper pics from the 1950’s, I could barely see any details. But it’s fairly easy to put together so I guess that’s fine with most people.

Lightweight
Wheels don’t operate too well and the pieces around the uprights don’t fit around like they should

Sturdy shelf for the price
Nice little 5 tier rack for the price. Set up was straight forward and simple. We have the rack in our kitchen for drink storage and our microwave. My only problem was packaging…the box it came in was vastly bigger than the product itself. It gave too much for pieces to come free and break. The pieces shown in the picture I believe are caps for the top shelf. I’m not concerned with the loss it would have been nice to have just in case though. All in all I would buy again.

Heavy Duty? I don't think so...
These are certainly not "heavy duty." The poles are the thinner poles, and the wire shelves are much lighter than real heavy duty shelves which I'd bought in the past. I should have been suspicious given the weight of the item, but the weights are so often wrong, that I ignored the given weight. These certainly cannot hold 250 lbs. I have about 40 pounds on one shelf now, and it seem to already be bending under the weight. It's a pain to return them, so I'll donate them, and I certainly won't buy again.

Pretty good value
They can be a pain in the butt to put together, an extra set of hands are nice to have when assembling is happening. I like them though, the wheels are nice to have to move them from area to area. I'll probably be buying more.
