This one is a breeze to clean, and I like the ceramic interior - the other kinds still make me feel like there might be something in there that isn't healthy. But I have enjoyed this skillet and will certainly buy more pieces in the future. One thing, though - don't let your fingers get caught in the opening where the handle attaches. For some reason, maybe the 12" size, it seems to grab and twist my fingers a little more readily than my other brands...but just be careful, and enjoy this excellent pan!

I did not expect this pan to impress me as much as it has. It is extremely durable and easy to clean. Only soap and water and a soft sponge are required to clean even the stickiest substances. I don't know if this pan will ever wear out - the coating is truly tough as nails. I have other non-stick pans that cost me twice as much but I like this one better and I use it every day. I am recommending them to all my friends and family.

This skillet is amazing. Nothing sticks and washes so easily. Any reviews that are adverse are due to neglect by person using skillet. Truly the best skillet I have ever encountered!!

This pan is not 100% stick resistant. This is a beautiful and big pan. It cooks things quickly.

So far and excellent pan. There are some drawbacks with non-stick pans such as this one. Cooking temp has to be lower, you must use silicone utensils (even if they say metal is OK), and you can only use the soft side of the sponge for cleaning.

I Didn’t like anything. It’s a non stick pan, supposedly, and after a couple uses everything sticks and burns and it’s hard to wash off all stuff that burnt on. It’s almost like the coating just came off. I should be able to get a refund! Very disappointed in this product.

I love this pan. Cooks food evenly and quickly. A full high flame is not necessary as it heats up well. Clean up is easy. Best thing is you can use regular stainless steel cooking utensils without scraping the pan. Just one minor thing...the handle can get a bit hot, just a bit, but towards the pan end of it. It's my everyday go to pan and I very much recommend it.

The pan arrived one day early. I washed it in soapy water. I used it to cook crab cakes. I added a little bit of butter, 2 tsp. Crab cakes turned out great. Easy clean up with just a paper towel. The next morning I used it to cook an omelette. It turned out great. I can't wait to use the pan to stir fry. I'll be cooking a lot more now!
