Delivery was smooth and on schedule.I had ordered the professional setup, but I was told (a day or two prior to delivery of the bed) that there were no providers available in my area. Amazon refunded the amount, but I wish they had notified me sooner.As a result, I was dreading having to put the bed together. Despite my expectations, the packaging that the bed came in was excellent. As the other reviews mentioned, all the components are wood (no particle board), the screws, nuts, and bolts, etc. were all labeled and came in an exact count. Even the instructions were Ok (though the instructions can always be better, they weren't horrible; I only found one real issue).Also, since I had to put the bed together by myself, I accidentally stripped two bolts. Since the parts are an exact count, I wrote the service department to see how I could get 2 additional bolts. Within a few hours, I received an email reply from the service department AND, within minutes of that email, I received a notification from USPS that BedzKing was sending me a package. They sent me the bolts and explained how to extract the stripped ones. I did what they said and the new bolts are in place and my daughter loves her bed.

My son assembled it and said he followed the instructions carefully and they were easy to understand and follow. He had no problems assembling it and we are impressed with how sturdy the bunk bed is. My granddaughters love it!

The instructions were clear. The pieces were well-packaged. They were in great condition. They were exactly what we ordered. And this is some of the sturdiest furniture I've ever owned. I've never assembled a bunkbed and not had some wobble in it. This has absolutely none.

OMGGGGG. I was a little skeptical about ordering a bed I never saw. But when it came. Jaw dropping. The box is an Allusion how big these beds were. I'm VERY happy an excited for my7yr old. Most importantly the whole bed is REAL wood. My house smelt like a lumber yard for a couple of days. I definitely would buy and recommend to anyone. Thanks

its pretty sturdy the only thing is we recieved a broken parts and until now they never replace it.

I bought this for my two grandchildren. It has exceeded my expectations. I ordered it because of the reviews and it came in perfect condition with even a few extra parts. Hopefully there extra, lol. Very sturdy, looks great!!

The package and beds are heavy and sturdy. However, what I was most impressed with was the customer service!! I had many questions and the representative who helped me, Maria was so helpful and so patient. It was truly a pleasure working with them.
