A night light near the sink is only good if you plan to get a drink or brush your teeth in the middle of the night. What I find myself doing in the middle of the night is taking a leak. Like any other man, you go by sonar.... You start hoping you are in the right area and adjust aim until you find the water. NOT Anymore! This light is amazing. It only turns on when you come into a dark room and stays on for two minutes. It provides enough colored light to allow you to easily see your target and not blind you. All the added colors to choose from are a bonus that keeps things interesting. By far the best 15 I have spent in a long time. Ultimately ended up ordering them as gifts for family and friends. I highly recommend it. You will get past the "gross" concept it is a light on one of the dirtiest places in your home.

This is the answer to my first world problems of blinding lights for those quick trips to the bathroom at night! The product is reliable and does what it says. The motion sensor is very sensitive and its range and radius is extremely effective, and I'd hate to say this, but sometimes too effective! We have to keep our bathroom door closed during the day because the motion sensor works so well that it turns on every time we pass the bathroom in the hallway. This shouldn't be a problem, but for us it is because we need to pass our bathroom when we go to our bedrooms and because it is constantly triggered throughout the day, the battery doesn't last more than a month (give or take a couple weeks). We had to solve this by closing the door partially during the day, but of course, swinging it wide open at night (which most of the time does not happen consistently). I've tried putting the unit at further places eccentrically on the toilet bowl lid, but the motion sensor radius is just too darn effective! That is something to keep in mind but of course every consumer is going to have a different situation depending on their home layout. Funny that the "issue" is that the product is too effective. I would rate this higher if it was more battery efficient, but otherwise a satisfactory product and performs as expected!

So far, this is a total win. Had this now for a couple of months and it works perfectly with no issues at all. It's easy setup (seconds) and very easy to clean. Personally, we keep it at one color (blue) as for me its the best on the eyes in the middle of the night.We are early risers and it makes those trips to the restroom at 4-5AM a much better experience. Love this product and their money back guarantee is what led me to purchase them. They stand behind the product. Hopefully I will never need it, but for now its great to know its there.

I love that my five year old can see at night if goes into the bathroom and the colors a fabulous. The problem is the is constantly falls off the rim onto the floor, We have a standard toilet but as a mentioned a five year old son so between him and my husband the lid gets lifted up and down often. My son also is not the gentlest with the lid. If there where no boys in the home I feel it would not be an issue. The light comes on the minute I open the door and sometime even during the day if it is extra cloudy as we olny have a small window, I have recommended this to a friend and I like having it despite that. I should mention that cleaning it takes little time as is easy.

BUYER BEWARE first thing look at the price, you get what you pay for, I had purchased this product and I admit its cool I liked it when I first got it, it only lasted 2 weeks then it died, I thought it was due to the battery so I bought new batteries and the issue was not the battery, the thing didn't work after 2 weeks, this is a cheap product most likely made with cheap materials, I feel cheated the damn thing lasted only 2 weeks, the sad thing is my friend saw it in my bathroom and thought it was cool, so I went and purchased it for her so now i'm going to tell her to enjoy it for the 2 weeks it will last, I feel cheated damn thing lasted 2 weeks....the funny thing is I read some of the reviews like mine, but I thought I give it a try, well save your money and don't waste it like I did, I still like the idea of it I'm going to look for something with better quality that last... : ( I really hate when i'm cheated.....false product.

We had purchased one of the competitors motion activated toilet night light in the past. Although it was somewhat purchased as a joke, we quickly realized that a toilet nightlight is a pretty good idea. Unfortunately the light in old unit stopped working after about a month (which seriously impacts the value of a night light) so we purchased a new one. Although the new unit (which I am reviewing) looks the same, it provides significant improvements in battery life and seems to work better.

I bought this item twice. The first one I bought lasted about 3-4 months which was awesome for the Price I paid. Once it died, I ordered a new one (from the same seller) expecting the same product. The second one I received looked cheaper quality but I didn’t question it since the seller was the same. The product died in a month. It wasn’t worth returning because 1) the item was in my toilet bowl so that seems gross 2) it’s a cheap productThe concept is cool, I just wish I didn’t waste my money

At first this was a great potty light. I loved it for my kids at night. But I was soon disappointed in it. It used up the first set of batteries in about two weeks then the second set in just a week. Then it began flickering and turning on and off without the motion sensor being tripped. Needless to say I returned it and bought the Lumilux potty light instead. It has been much better with no issues whatsoever. Don't waste your time/money on this one.
