Think this is the 5th/6th brand I’ve tried most others smell horrid or taste like you’re eating dried up week old beef. This one…I absolutely LOVE it!!! Most others I’ve tried have a definite beef taste and just plain awful (including the smell!) I eat only meat and minimal dairy as I am Carnivore. I use it with a little heavy cream, cream cheese, ice water, monk fruit sweetener and make my own Carnivore Ice Cream! Love that it provides 25g of protein with just 2 small scoops. So easy to meet my protein goals!!! Plus there’s collagen! ❤️❤️❤️ There is a little taste that it has, almost a sweet taste and if anything , it adds a unique welcome flavor for me! So happy I found this product!!! I will being setting it up on my subscribe and save! Thank you to the company for creating a clean, great tasting beef protein powder!!!!!

It's really flavorless so it goes well in my hot coffee. I use a little hand-held frother to get it to mix up smooth and creamy. When you put it in a blender it mixes up just fine. Good quality without all the junk you don't want in your protein powder.

I really wanted to love this product, but it mixes into a sticky clumpy mess if you don’t use a blender bottle, to which it then foams up, and it smells beefy. I tried it in broth to try to work with the smell but I can’t get over the texture.Such a shame especially for the money we paid.

I found this very difficult to mix. It didn't really taste that great either.

I have the Unflavored powder, and I noted that I need two scoops, while the Vanilla version just requires one per serving. That must a quite a large scoop because the scoop in my container is already a decent size. I have to wonder about the discrepancy there, but in the end, this review is about the product.What sets PureClean's Protein Powder apart is that is delivered via Collagen Peptides and has "more" BCAAs than whey and vegan proteins (including the complete amino acid spectrum). It is a "creamy" powder and while mostly unflavored, it has a distinctly beefy profile that reminds me of bone broth. This makes it ideal for savory recipes and baking, but not the best fit if you're just mixing it in water or coffee. It does mix well with and disappears into flavorful beverages. I've experienced no issues adding this to my diet. I hit the gym for resistance training almost daily, so I include extra protein in my diet where I can. PureClean's Protein Powder is a decent option, comparable to Whey, if somewhat pricy. I don’t typically write reviews, but had to let others know how great this brand is. Their unflavored product is really unflavored. I’ve tried a couple of other HYDRObeef/collagen peptide products and they all had that typical beef taste! This was the winner - I didn’t taste it in my smoothie! I’m so thankful because it’s also a fraction of the price. I’ll definitely be ordering from here again.

I have tried both the unflavored and the vanilla. Both are great quality and value. I've tried many brands with protein from Hydrobeef. These products are the best ones I've had. They blend easily with no grittiness or off flavors. I love the unflavored the best because it gives me plenty of flexibility to add my own sweetener. The vanilla is also very good if you prefer presweetened -- it is not heavily sweetened which I really like.
