I bought this for myself when my dog passed away. In some strange way it did make me feel better. It's so cute, and it's soo us. I think it's a great present for any dog lover. If any of my friends dogs pass away. I will buy some version of this for them. It would make an uplifting gift at a very sad time.

Disappointed in this considering the price. Note that the way this is cut, the wood grain makes it look like the girl has a stocking on one side and a hair band in the other. Also, I expected the stain on the chair and dog to be a bit darker. If I had looked at these in a store I would have put them back and selected one that had nicer graining.

It’s a very nice piece but the one I got, the dog is missing an ear.
