Best non-stick pan ever. We have this in several sizes. If you treat it well and don't overheat it or use metal utensils, it will last longer than any other non-stick. It heats very evenly and has a surface that browns food well while still being non-stick. These pans are our go-to pans every single time. They are not inexpensive, but they are worth it.

*Some infoI bought this, because I wanted to cook eggs very "lazyly" , yes I know you can use a cast iron, or stainless steel and at the right temperature it will be non-stick . Yes I am lazy .This is the Mauviel , so I believe it is the best non-stick readily commercial available brand money can buy.*What is this?The pan is made out of 2 parts, a metal base glued to the top pan. This is made similar to other mid range pans such as WFM , Henkles , and others.*Verdict?1. Picture on Amazon is totally wrong. The picture shows a 1 piece, where as it is a 2 piece (see what is this).2. 2 Piece = less conductivity of heat , less distribution of heat , slower heating up , lower max heat temperature*Summary- So so , average . If you have the $ and want to get the best non-stick in the world ; this might be it- The Mauviel 3 or 5 Ply stainless steel is a million miles apart compared to this- I wish it was one piece , I wish it was as good as a 3/5 Ply with non-stick slap on it

Que du bonheur, je cherchais une vraie poêle anti adhesive ravi de mon achat, assez grande pour 4/6 personnes poissons ,légumes, steak cuisson parfaite très bonne répartition de la chaleur , lavage facile à la main. Une très grande marque française à prix presque résonable, une solidité irréprochable et un super design. Je vous recommande vivement la marque française.
