Grabber Tool,FitPlus Premium Reacher Tool 34" Plus 2 Year Warranty

I've had it for just a little over a month and it has broken already. In the middle where you put it together broke a few weeks ago, but I haven't gotten around to writing a review until now. First it was one of the grabbers at the end that fell off, then it was the middle that cracked where the black part is. I only use it to pick up minor things off my floor such as hot wheels that my son will play with or my children's clothes. I thought this would be a good product for me since I am pregnant and suffering from sciatic pain, but it hasn't been greatThey did contact me and sent a replacement, however the quality is still the same. It was dented in 3 places and is becoming flimsy again and it is only a matter of time until it breaks again.

Bought this as a gift for my 80 year old grandmother since it's hard for her to bend and I am very disappointed with it. First of all, it came loose in the Amazon box with no packaging and it came bent in half so you have to attach the two ends and it felt so flimsy right away. I was afraid if I twisted it too hard to insert it would break. Then, as you can see in my photos, it has black scuff marks/scratches all over it! Because of that and that it has no packaging, it looks used! I'm too embarrassed to give as a gift - it received many good reviews, but I'm returning it.I believe the arm is supposed to be aluminum, but it feels like cheap plastic instead. I did like that you can twist the grabbing portion to change the direction of the grabber, but that's about where the positive ends. I tested it out and picked up a variety of things including shoes, laundry, small toys, canned goods, etc. and this cheap piece of junk could barely pick up the canned good - it started bowing in the center where you attach the two pieces and then the grabber portion, even though "rubberized" dropped the can every time. So basically you can't pick up anything over 15 oz with this thing. It even started bowing when I picked up my husband's tennis shoe with it. I've had the Unger brand grabber for the last 6 years and that is made much better for a few dollars more. This grabber is a complete waste of money and will break within days from the horrible construction.

Need a cheap little grabber for work. At the lawn care place that I work we go through a few grabbers every summer so was looking for good bang for buck and got it with this grabber. Metal and plastic construction so it fairly durable. The one I got is special to say the least. It first got bent in half when it got caught on a bush and ripped off the mower. I bent it back and zip tied a small metal rod to it for support and it still worked. Then got ran over by the mower ( John Deere Z930M Zero Turn) still worked, then got ran over by the 24ft trailer we haul the mowers on and still works. This grabber has had a rough summer to say the least and will still be used this coming summer. I must have got a special one cause everything its been through is far beyond my expectations of a cheap grabber. You cant really tell in the picture but the aluminum tube is smashed flat from being run over.

Very light weight, about anyone could use this.Easy to use: Just grab the lever, squeeze at target, and blam, you got yourself a grabber!Sturdiness of the device leaves it to to question if larger objects/heavy objects from a distance can even be used.

I recently broke my hip and I’m only 39 and in great shape. I went from being a very independent woman to being completely dependent on my husband. If I dropped something I couldn’t just bend over and pick it up. So frustrating and I hated having to always ask for help. We joked that I needed a grabber. Well I decided one day to look it up on amazon and see if there was one. Yeah it’s old person tool but it has given me independence again. My 6 yr old loves the grabber and always wants to see what she can pick up with it. It picked up a small plastic rubber band to bigger items. I am very happy with my old lady grabber.

I was using my old grabber when my 5 yr old granddaughter asked if she could see it. I turned my head and in an instance, the grabber was in about 5 pieces, lol. So I ordered this one to replace my old one. It has a wider "mouth" and larger handgrip, which I like. Also, I was able to pick up things that my old one couldn't do, for example, a piece of paper that is laying flat on the floor. Overall I think this will be much better than my old one. And this time I'll make sure it doesn't get in the hands of my 5 yr old.
