Great for under the eyes
I bought this powder specifically to use under my eyes. What makes it different from most loose powders is that it contains cornstarch, giving it a smooth finish without being too drying. The only other loose powders I've been able to find that contain cornstarch are the Ben Nye Luxury Powders, and the Col-Lab Set the Stage loose powder from Sally's, which is sold on their website only. I've tried samples of the Ben Nye Luxury Powders in a few colors and liked them, but decided to try something different, and a little cheaper.I apply this powder in one of two different ways. If I want a minimal makeup look, I'll use my ELF blush brush to pat the powder under my eyes, tapping off any excess from the brush before application. If I want my undereyes to look especially smooth, and my deep tear troughs less noticeable, I use a dry foam wedge sponge to pick up the powder, then stamp it under my eyes, and gently brush off the excess after a minute or two. It does not make my undereye area look or feel dry. Sometimes I use it all over my face, if I'd rather not use my usual matte pressed powder. I have fair skin, so the white color appears translucent on my skin, but I'm not sure how someone with deeper skin would fare.Because I use this powder sparingly, this jar should last me a long time!

Overall, good product
Before buying this product, I went through the reviews to see what people had to say about it. I noticed that most people weren't to impressed with it, although in a way, I could tell why. It does leave behind quite a bit of a white spot on the area that you apply it to and it is pretty tough to blend out. Even though that's the case, it's way better than other setting powders I have used. It actually does set my makeup very well, it just leaves behind unexpected white streaks. Overall, I believe it's a pretty good product and it's a very reasonable price for a very large container. This product is going to last me quite some time and I would buy it again in the future when I eventually run out.

I've read great things about this product being similar to Ben Nye's ...
I've read great things about this product being similar to Ben Nye's Banana Powder and decided to give it a try. I've never tried the other one but this color it VERY pigmented. It's too yellow for my skin tone so instead, I ended up mixing my normal medium tone loose setting powder (container about the size of a hockey puck) with about half a teaspoon of this and it is a great addition. It gives such a nice glow and improves the coverage and finish of the powder. The yellow tones also are great for balancing out any blemishes. This jar will probably last me a few years at least with the amount I'm mixing with my normal powder. Overall, I would recommend.

Not quite
I always loved my Makeup Forever Loose Finishing Powder; however, a few years ago, I started looking for a more inexpensive alternative. The elf Finishing Powder that you can buy at any Target or Walmart for less than $10 was great, as was the big vats of Silica Powder Spheres that was even cheaper. Then, I decided that I needed something that wouldn't show up as a white mask in flash photos. Since I was already using the Mehron Celebre Pro Cream Foundation, I thought I'd try this matching powder. For some reason, it doesn't apply as easily as other HD finishing powders. I usually like to blot the powder into my skin with a velvet puff to really set my foundation and minimize the look of my humongo pores. When I try to use the puff on this powder, I end up with little dots all over my face from the pattern the sprinkle cap leaves on the puff. Any attempt to blend in the powder ends up smearing my foundation. Using a powder or a blush brush works great to blend in the powder, but then I lose the pore-minimizing and oil-preventing effects. Oh well. Good thing this powder was cheap. I am on to the next powder to try on my list.

Does it's job, fast shipping, HUGE container, good price
Meh, I'm not particularly in love, but I don't not-like it, either. It's a HUGE container, and you only need a little bit, so it's going to last for a long time. For some reason, compared to other white finishing powders or baking powders I've used, this doesn't blend as easily, so it can leave white streaks if you aren't careful. Other than that it does a good job setting my makeup, which is what it's supposed to do. So 4 stars.

Great!
Love this stuff. I like how it has a yellow tint to it. I have found that the yellow tinted make ups make my boring brown eyes look more like a pretty honey color. The make up does the job it's supposed to do. I love that it's yellow based without being super expensive. I will buy more of this brand. Also doesn't make me oily or shiny, last all day. Great for contouring and setting concealer/foundation.

not very good
I have to mix it with a darker powder and even then it gives ridiculous flashback which is surprising since they're a stage brand. The quality of the powder is nothing special but it does the job I just hardly ever use it because of the cast it gives and the flashback

Super
Cette poudre est vraiment top pour fixer le font de teint sans en modifier la couleur! Elle est tellement transparente que lorsque que j'en fais tomber sur mes vêtements, je frotte légèrement et on ne la voit plus ;)
