This is seriously the best ice pack I’ve ever used! It was incredibly well priced. High quality! It is so large that it covers a large portion of your back, can wrap around your entire limb if that is what you are icing. It stays cold very long. I will need to buy another to try the hot option because I will always use this one as cold. Will recommend to everyone I know! Thank you for making such an awesome product Spartan!

I have worked at both a Chiropractor’s office and for the Pharmacy at CVS. I ice my back, religiously. I have a physical job and I work on my feet all day. I have weak spots in all 3 regions of my back plus carpal tunnel. I won’t pay drug store prices for an ice pack. To get a decent size, you will spend over $20. The CVS “peas” packs? Waste of money. They are thin and won’t stay cold long. My chiropractor sells 5”x9” ice packs for only $10 and they have a nice thick gel so I can ice a couple of regions before it has to go back in the freezer, but they’re not made to last. They always get a hole and ooze gel. I am so happy I found this ice pack. The large was $18 and covers 2 regions of my back at once. The gel is nice and thick and it stays cold long enough that I can use it for 20 mins then move it to another area for another 20 mins. The seams appear to be strong and well made, solving the issue I have with other packs leaking. For the size, quality, and price, I’m very pleased with this ice pack.I cannot give a review on using it for heat. When someone is injured, like an athlete, they are treated with ice. Heat feels nice, but I have been taught that ice is best to reduce inflammation. This pack is great for that.

They work fine for my back. They last about thirty minutes a piece sitting between my back and recliner so it gets warm back there. If they were a little thicker they'd be great. The height and width are a really good size for what I use them for. Glad they came in a two pack. They get alot of use and so far they are holding up just fine. I think they will last awhile. Good purchase for my needs. Hope this helped.

Durable, pack of 2 so you can always have one chilling, flexible enough to use on your ankle. No complaints!

I purchased a Spathos Shoulder Brace with two hot/cold Ice packs (5.5”x11”) and have use them probably 20 times as cold packs—the packs have worked well with the brace when used as ICE packs. However. For the first time this week I used them with the brace as hot pack, (following the instructions printed on the pack) and the seam between the blue and yellow sides on both the top and bottom of the heated pack came apart when inserting it in the Brace. I was careful to not to heat the pack more than 60 seconds even though our microwave is only 600w mentioned in the instructions.I would like to suggest that you redesign the hot/cold pack sold with the Brace or alert purchasers to the fact that the pack should not be used hot with the Brace. I haven’t tried using it only as a hot pack without the brace so it I don’t know if it will fail in that roll also.
