Does not work with MS Teams
Works for about five minutes and goes right to static. Not helpful when you are trying to run a meeting and suddenly you have no audio. If you are looking to use this for work, I would keep looking.

I was unable to get device to connect to windows 10 laptop
I attempted to get the device to connect with Bluetooth on windows 10 laptop but when I would connect to the laptop it would see the name of the item but there were not any drivers that got downloaded. I attempted to find the drivers online and there support was extremely lacking. I would not recommend these for computer use even though they have Bluetooth.

Work from home tool
Finally I found a WIRELESS headset! I need to for work so much. This headset is comfortable. It won’t hurt my ears. Connection is not bad. People can hear me nice and clear. The most I like is people cannot hear me when I put the mic up. This is so convenient for me.

Much better than getting a phone-in-hand traffic ticket, but sound is muddy.
I like the boom mic, because it really cuts out road noise and makes my voice much clearer. Candy-bar bluetooth headsets pick up EVERYTHING and make it rough on the person you're calling. Some folks will be bothered by the over-the-head gripper, but I like it; it's snug and doesn't slip.Downside 1: the sound quality through the one earpiece is really not great; it's dull with not much response over about 2000 Hz. That makes the voices of people you're speaking with sometimes sound muddy. This is not a headset for listening to music.Downside 2: The buttons are simple, but (at least with my phone) the talk button just picks up on a call -- it doesn't start the phone voice menu. That's actually minor if you have an Android phone or other "Hey Google" kind of verbal activation; the mic seems to be live all the time so the regular voice commands seem to work.Upside 1: NO TRAFFIC TICKETS -- they're **expensive**.Upside 2: NO ROAD NOISE WHEN YOU CALL.Upside 3: SAFETY -- you have both hands available to handle controls if something bad happens.Upside 4: PRICE -- it's about 25 bucks. That's not much for the positive aspects.Upside 5: BATTERY -- sucker holds its charge. I'm three weeks now without topping it off, and a lot of road time. USB micro plug when you do need to charge it again.BOTTOM LINE -- is this the very best there is? No. You can get a lot of bells and whistles if you want to lay out some more dough. But does it do what it's supposed to? Yes. I'm keeping it.

Excellent Bang for Your Buck
I Love this headset. I bought it specifically to use in the office once it reopened. The headset arrived before we had to go back so I paired it with my work laptop and phone. It worked beautifully.I only encountered an issue when had to go into the office. Thankfully after getting with I.T. I discovered that the laptops issued for home use had Bluetooth capabilities but the work desktops did not. Waiting on newer equipment and will pair my headset with it. Otherwise I have not had any problems and would buy again.

the voices are incredibly clear when you receive calls
It's an excellent headset of high quality. It's an excellent headset of high quality. I use it all day when I am taking online classes and when I play games on my iPad. It is easy to install and set up and the playtime is quite long before the battery needs to be recharged. Most of the time I use it wirelessly, but it also has a wire, so if the headset is uncharged, you can still use it. Moreover, the headset offers so much more hearing, and the voices are incredibly clear when you receive calls.

Works with Linux, not MS Teams
I bought these because I was tired of rolling over my headphone cord with my chair. Sadly, they never worked with MS Teams in Windows 10. I could hear sounds in Windows 10, but I could get the mic to work. I followed as many generic "How to fix Bluetooth" tutorials online, but none worked. The seller was kind enough to send a second pair. Same issue. If you can get them to work with Windows 10, they're nice. I got it to work with my Linux laptop. The seller stood by the sale. For that reason I recommend trying these.
