It simply does not work. It sits at zero no matter what but even though it did not work for me doesn't mean that it won't work for other people. I reached out to customer service and a full refund was issued to me. Maybe the one that I received was just a defective one. It can happen so please do not let my experience prevent you from trying it out.

This item does not work and gives inaccurate readings and you can go all day trying to track your steps and then it will restart so you never actually know the number! such a waste of money and they wont return or exchange it.Total crap.
