I recently upgraded my kitchen with this sink, and it has completely transformed the look. The sink is of very bad quality. Looks good but starts leaking within 2-3 months and there is very bad customer support. Beware of this brand. Multiple Plumbers said this is a known issue and brand is not doing anything about it. Dont do by warranty, it is just for namesake. The response will be too slow and you will be forced to re replace the whole sink as you wouldn't want the cabinet to go bad.

I bought 2 quartz sink from Ruhe through Amazon on nov 21 2023. the sink is good but the strainer is not good. the small lock in the strainer is getting rusted in few weeks and broken as a result water is not draining if the strainer is used. so i removed the strainer, big waste particles run through the drain and my waste water line is getting chocked very frequently. regretting for this purchase. trying to reach then in phone no response trying warranty claim no response so far. 10 Years warranty is a joke i guess. Update: with in 10 days they took full efforts to send me the new pin and the pin didn't gave us any trouble till now.. thank you team for the support..

Honest Review After 6 Months of Use – Disappointed I’m writing this review after using the product for nearly six months, and unfortunately, it has turned out to be one of the worst purchases I’ve made. What we expected versus what we received was drastically different. Here’s why: Misleading Expectations: We purchased this sink after seeing promotional videos on social media, expecting it to be a premium, functional addition to our kitchen. Sadly, it has been far from that. Installation Issues: Installation was extremely complicated, especially in a typical Indian kitchen setup. The design doesn't account for the space needed to install all the accessories. There’s barely any room behind the sink to fit the multiple taps. Poor Water Flow: The water pressure from the main tap is extremely low — which is unacceptable for a kitchen sink. The same applies to the waterfall and glass washer functions. This is despite having normal water pressure throughout the rest of our home. Flawed Sink Design: The sink doesn’t drain water properly. We end up having to use a wiper daily to remove standing water — an extra chore no one wants. Unhelpful Customer Support: We contacted customer service multiple times about the low water flow. Their only suggestion was to install a pressure pump, which isn’t a viable option in apartments. We received no further support or resolution. Pressure Pump Ineffective: Even after trying a small pressure pump (which is the only type allowed in our apartment complex), there was no improvement in water flow. Temporary Fix: We eventually had to remove the original main tap and replace it with a standard one just to make the sink usable. Conclusion: This product may only be suitable for independent houses where you can install a high-capacity pressure pump. For apartment residents, it’s not worth the investment. You're better off with a regular sink that works reliably. I do not recommend this product.
