It's enough for my daily use. I don't play a lot of games with it but I spend a good bit of time in Whatsapp and on social media.Facial recognition is pretty good. Fingerprint reader fails quite a bit, but maybe I didn't record it well enough. It kind of slows down the unlock process for me sometimes.Battery life isn't as great as I thought it would be but maybe I'm more of a power user than a casual user. On normal days for me I have to charge at least once to get through the entire day.The camera is very good. I haven't really really tested it, and I'm a photographer, so I won't really get blown away by any phone camera. Still pretty new so I haven't put it to the test yet.I wish there was a way to balance between Samsung's typical oversaturated vivid mode and the very flat normal color mode. Maybe I'm missing something but it seems it's either one or the other.It would've been nice to get the 8GB RAM version. I think they should've just had that standard with the different internal storage options but 6GB has definitely been enough so far.Overall it's a solid midrange phone. Seems to be able to handle anything. Hard to complain. The display is very nice and bright and the 90Hz refresh rate is very smooth.The design looks and feels very premium. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a nice, professional phone for everyday business and casual use. I haven't thrown any graphics intensive games at it as yet so I can't say if it's for the hard-core mobile gamer but other reviews suggest it handles the big games very well.You won't be disappointed with your purchase but maybe you won't be overly impressed either. It depends on who you are and what you expect. Expect the best midrange phone in Samsung's line-up. That's what it delivers.

I brought this phone for my father. He had an old phone that would not keep a charge. Straight out of the box, it set up easily. The fingerprint reader works well. The facial recognition was fast and works really well. And now, he has a phone that does not need to be charged every two hours. He spends a lot of time on it, usually on FB, watching videos, and listening to music. He can go through a full day and still have a good 65% charge by bedtime.I am not sure why people are complaining about where the phone was made. MOST ALL PHONES are made in China or Vietnam. They ALL START at this version - international, then the American phone companies add in all their crappy bloatware and lock them to their networks. It's a scam and, I believe, we are the only country that does that.You set the phone up the same way. It has loads of languages to select. And, you're done. Nothing but a nice, clean phone. It doesn't have 5G, it's still an LTE phone (4G). Not a lot of phones currently work on the 5G network so this phone should be good for some time. Just because phone companies advertise their 5G networks on TV, doesn't mean you phone is compatible. Currently, there are a handful of phones that are 5G and not every "5G city" actually has "good" 5G service.It comes with a charging brick in the box. So, mid-tier phone has brick, high end version? NO. It actually kinds looks like the newer Samsung S21 from the camera hump. It's a lot prettier in person than the picture.Overall, this is a great phone for a great price. You are getting a Samsung phone that is large, has all the features you want and none of the phone company excess weighted garbage installed. If you want a newer phone, don't need or want the high end specs, or high end price, I would recommend this phone to you. It looks good, it sounds good, and it comes at a reasonable price.

I bought this phone (SM-A725M/DS) a few weeks ago and returned it almost immediately after discovering it does not have a dedicated micro sd card slot. Rather, the tray has only 2 slots -- one dedicated to a SIM card and the other is a hybrid slot where you have the choice to put in either a second SIM card or a micro SD Card.An answer in the Q&A section on this page clearly states this phone can handle 2 SIMS and an SD card at the same time and it cannot. So the Q&A section is misleading. I took off one star because Samsung saw fit to remove the dedicated micro sd card slot from this mid-tier line. Their A70, which I was using previously, had both the 2 SIM slots and a dedicated micro sd card slot. If Samsung does not put this configuration back in their mid-tier line, I am done with them. After returning the A72, I purchased the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro which I am very happy with. It has both the 2 SIM slots + the dedicated micro sd card slot. And it was over $100 less expensive!

I'm happy that this was packed well when they deliver it.. I received it in good condition. The one using it is very satisfied with the product. The camera is good, pictures are superb for the price. You can compare it with the high end phones and it will be better for it's price. There are 2 slots for sim which you can convert to micro-SD slot if you prefer. BUt since the memory is already big, you may not need to use external memory for a while. Great phone! Will recommend!

I am a Apple fan boys for last 20 years.Only used iPhones as a primary phone and x3 Google Pixels as a secondary for research purpose.Oh my God. 🤩1. This phone x3 cheaper than iPhone 13 pro max.2. Fast. Screen transition are as smooth as iPhone 13 pros. FYI. I had 3 pixels. Those are awful: too slow, lots of defects.3. Screen resolution is brighter than iPhone 13 Max. I love Samsung's unique AMOLED white color. The best white color I ever used.4. Battery get charged x2 faster than iPhone.Strongly recommend it 👍👍👍

If you get it at a good price as I did, it is better than the Galaxy A52.The A72 has a 4 camera system with a nice telephoto camera that the A52 doesn't have (A52 has a gimmicky macro camera).It beets the others with the large 5,000 mAh battery.Largest screen size in the category.90 Hertz is good enough vs 120 to also balance power consumption.It's a well-rounded smartphone overall for those like me that don't see the reason to spend > $1000 on a phone! especially if you don't keep phones for long.

So far I am pretty pleased with the phone. Battery life is exceptional considering i'm running dual sim on two different networks. Takes a little over an hour to charge. Display is great, 90hz screen is very smooth. Its a bit heavy but thats to be expected. Only downside I see right now is you can only have one data plan active on the phone and have to manually switch.Fingerprint reader isn't as accurate as it should be but if you don't use it its not an issue.
