Genuine good quality paper.

I have many of Jamie's cook books, however was sceptical to order his 15- minute and 30-minute meals books, since I don't really believe in making a full meal within 15-30 minutes. Nevertheless I went through the reader's reviews of the latter book and I've decided to buy it. What to say?! Takes longer than 30 min for me, and I'm not the novice in the kitchen.
