When it arrived the batteries it came with didnt work so i wasted 15min thinking I was doing something wrong. Then the instructions are in 4 font impossible to read (an as most purchases would be aged you would think they would make the instruction possible to read for the average person).So i had to go on the computer to get instructions that i could read. The instructions are basic and the screen does not tell you if you are changing the Year, Month Date or time which was really annoying i had to go through the process a few times before i figured out which was which. this could have been solved by having a LCD word come up on the screen so you knew which one you were trying to imput.The actual blood pressure machine is working fine now i figured it out. It is very sensitvie so must be resting and have your arm still to measure correctly. I will measure it against my doctors one when i see him next. I had high blood pressure (186 over 101) and i thought it had an alarm but it doesnt seem to work.

I prefer to check my BP at home as not easy for me to get to the surgery.This is better than my previous well known brand as it picks up on my occasional Atrial Fibulation too!

Accurate when battery is charged and you measure while on chair and arms on chair hand rests.Accuracy vary if you are on bench , bed , chairs without hand rest.

J'ai fait tester cet appareil par mon docteur traitant , il faut faire très attention car il donne la tension en dessous du taux réel.Par exemple pour un 15,7 il donne 14,8.
