SCHOLASTIC READER LEVEL 2 MSB: HAS A HEART

An excellent book with great illustrations and paper quality. Great for explaining to kids how the body works. My 6 year old daughter can read it on her own. It kept her interest alive without any help from anyone else.

this is a level 2 so it is short & intended for small kids..but effective nonetheless. I wish my school books were so colorful & interesting

英語の表現には多少難しいところもありますが、絵もすばらしく、文句なく大人も子供も楽しめます。小学生六年生男子、このシリーズで英語を教えています。多読の理想は教えないことですが、なかなか絵本とかレベル１から興味を持ってもらうのは難しい。英語の文は短くても、だから何が言いたいのとなると、内容を読み取るレベルは絵本なんかの方が高かったりします。どんどん興味を持って読めるように、わからない言葉は、絵から推測させたり、こういうときにこの言葉を使うんだよね、とかまあ苦労してますが。学校の理科室でOXYGEN を見つけてわかってうれしかったようです。「母ちゃんが、過去分詞ってなんだって言ってた。」とかで、過去分詞の説明をしたところ、意味の説明で、「してしまった。」とか、「された。」とか二つの意味を持つところが、私自身腑に落ちてなかったのですが、なんと、"USED BLOOD"のUSEDは、この過去分詞の意味を説明するのにピッタリではありませんか、変に感動してしまいました。

８歳の娘用に買いました。シリーズで全部揃えたくなります。内容も良く、勉強になると思います。

This book is great. The pictures in it are super bright, you learn a ton of information about the heart and body, and of course...The Magic School Bus books are always fun reading for kids and adults. This isn't a short book...the pages are filled with text. This is one of those books that I read to my son before bed, but he knows we aren't going to read the whole book before bed, but rather over 2-3 days. A fun read though!

Great book for introducing elementary kids to the cardiovascular system!
