Looks worse close up but ultimately fit for purpose
Used for a proposal and honestly I think she was more excited about the box lighting up than anything else, so it definitely has a ‘wow’ factor. Makes the stone pop that much more especially in low lighting.On the negative, the ‘wood’ is quite clearly plasticy up close and the lid didn’t quite match the body of the box which was a shame, but again in low lighting it’s not that big of a deal.

Erm, better from a distance
So, I love the idea of this but maybe you get what you pay for I guess.I had the pleasure of taking the photos for my friend's wedding Vow Renewal Day and actually used this to present the camera SD card with all the photos on, to them. They really loved the idea.When I first took it out of its box I was really impressed. It was the expected colour, the right size, the light came on, perfect!BUT, when I REALLY looked at it, it felt and looked cheap. There was glue marks, the hinge was wonky and the more I opened and closed it, I could see it was wobbly, and the edges were not very neat.The light was fine, the padding inside was fine, a ring would actually look lovely in it and if you wasn't bothered about the box being a keep sake item, it would be fine. I just done feel like it would last a long time and could be neater.

The ring box the light is not working when i open it so is faulty

Light does not work
The light is the box does not work on arrival. Tried to swap batteries around and still no luck.Just an ordinary box now. Avoid.
