Piano Pieces For Children (EFS 3)

I normally buy a lot of music books, and have been eyeing this one for sometime now. It does not disappoint. A lot of good classical pieces, are put together with the level of difficulty mentioned for each piece.The print is clear and helpful markings for children on fingering, etc.,Per the publishers, the level of difficulty for pieces is between Grades 1-3.Good book for student repertoire, but if you have been collecting sheet music already, some of them may be duplicate, but thats how most books work... As a teacher Im sure most of us who have enough material know few pieces are present in number of books.

I have grown up with this book for my piano lessons. Thrilled to find it on Amazon. For beginners to intermediate, very good collection of assorted legendary composers. Definite buy for Western Classical pianists.

It brings back such wonderful memories... Playing all the music again. This is a classic and should be in any piano learner's library. Lovely music, presented superbly... I never get tired playing stuff from this book.

The content is cool while the quality is pretty bad.Expected more clarity to read and play music

Good book

This is an excellent book to build a repertoire, the reviewer who spoke of paper quality probably got a duplicate book. But as a piano teacher I recommend this book to build students piano repertoire and help in sight reading. There are three books in this series where you gradually progress across grades. Please do buy this book as there are more than 100 pieces per book. That's a lot of sheet music in just one book, it's a steal!

These piano pieces are not just for children. I bought them for myself as I have recently started playing the piano again after a very long (40+ years) break. I am very much enjoying playing them and would recommend them.

This book is very popular in Taiwan when you were little and learning the Piano. The pieces are graded and easy to learn.

great book, bought it 10 years ago, now i bought a few of them for my piano students. The price is reasonably cheap and the pieces are great to learn, especially when there are famous pieces by Bach, Mozart, etc.

Really nice book. I plan to buy the rest of the series. I particularly like the way the pieces are graded, as it gives the player an idea of their current level.

The first piece I played in this book was Fur Elise, which got me hooked to playing the piano! And I was 9 years old.... now almost 20 years later, as a piano teacher, I am teaching this book! It's wonderful how timeless it is...
