Original review which was 5 stars:Very sturdy. I wish you made a larger size for large rabbits. Compared with plastic igloos this is a wonderful choice for animal housing.New review: ordered three more and they came totally u protected except for a sheet of brown paper and one was whole, one broken into six pieces and one broken into 12 pieces. Extremely annoyed and angry. I run a petting zoo and planned to have these in highly visible pens. The splintered pieces of the one in 12 pieces is not even remotely fixable. Very little glue used also. This was not a cheap product but is made very cheaply and mailed very cheaply. Do not buy from this seller.

The first time I ordered this, I got the "bath house" which is smaller and has a sloped roof. 2nd time, it's broken in 3 pieces. Came in a box with no padding at all and plenty or room to bounce around. I really want this house for my chinchillas!! It's big enough for them to snuggle. SO DISAPPOINTED that I have to try a 3rd time and wait again.

Too small for my three average sized bunnies. Donated it to our local rabbit shelter, where a mini lop immediately ducked inside. Don't buy unless you have a mini or dwarf breed rabbit.

Came smashed and splintered, though the outside box was unharmed. I was really looking forward to giving this sturdy looking house to my Netherland Dwarf doe, but now I'll just have to return it and start searching for a replacement. Very disappointed, and this is coming from someone who almost never leaves reviews of any kind and rarely returns anything.

Wrong delivery first time and second time it arrived broken. I'm sure that a correct and complete product would be great.
