I purchased this pack to help my dog with his sensitive skin. He has dry patches and I felt this product would make a difference for him by giving him a healthier coat. After opening the box, the first thing I noticed was that the packs say they need to be massaged to mix the oils that may have separated. I had to make sure I pushed out the heavier oils that fell to the bottom. The peanut butter taste was great for my dog. He loved the flavor and quickly ate up the oil from both packages. I was surprised to find a noticeable improvement when using the product after only 1 week. After using the Ever Root Skin & Coat, it did not clear his coat up completely, but I did notice a reduction in the dry patches on his skin. Next, I found that the serving size doubles for larger dogs. My dog weighs 90 lbs. and requires 2 packs per day. With only 14 packages per box, this will require multiple boxes which will add up quickly in costs. For large dogs this puts the cost at $30 / week and a little out of my budget. Depending on how much you budget for dog supplements, this box seems to make more sense for smaller dogs. Overall, he loved the taste. If you can afford the expense, I think it is a great product and can see the value in using this for my dog.

I bought the liquid pack for my dog to help him with his sensitive skin and coat. He's a mixed terrier and I noticed that he tends to have dry patches and is itchy at times that tends to bug. His coat has also lost a big of shine as he has ages so I was hoping using this supplement would give him a healthier coat and make him happier. I wasn't sure how he would take to it at first, but I opened a liquid pack, massaged it as directed, and poured it over his food. I ain't going to lie, it did not look pleasant at all, but he gobbled it up like it was going out of style so I guess it wasn't bad. It also smelled pleasant and didn't leave any bad smell coming from him. After three or four days of using this I did notice a considerable difference. His coat was shinier, he was less itchy, and his dry patches seemed to be all but gone. He did seem much happier in his demeanor. My only complaint is that it is rather expensive for two weeks worth: 14 liquid packs So, if I do decide to buy this again I may have to give it to him every other day to stretch it out and save some money. Other than the price, seemed pretty good.BTW, I received this product in exchange for my honest opinion!

they enjoy it, i am not sure it's revolutionary on their brain health, but for the cost it might be a peace of mind for you, or a high end treat for your pupper. Not a bad investment, but I wouldn't expect your dog to become an Albark Einstein from it. It took me a very long time to get this product, it was out of stock for a long time and got it late into the review period. However, I've started to give to my dogs daily and the good thing is, they gobble it up. It's the worst when your pet won't eat a product as-is. I'm not sure how much cognitive uptick it will provide, but we'll see. My vet said it was somewhat skeptical when I showed her the box. I received this product for a fair and honest opinion.

I ordered this to try on my dog because I liked the promises of lowering anxiety, calming a dog down and being a non prescription product but didn't know if it would live up to the hype.When I heard we had 3 days of severe thunderstorms headed our way, I knew it was the perfect time to try out the calming formula. My dog was never afraid of thunder until a young boy threw a firework at us while we were walking the neighborhood. When I heard the thunder in the distance, I gave my dog one of the packets. It smelled like peanut butter! The calming formula is non GMO, full of omega 3, and vitamin B's. It also doesn't make them sleepy but relaxes them. My poodle is 70 pounds and solid as a rock. According to the directions, he needs 2 packets. This packet is easy to open and the contents is similar to creamy peanut butter. It is peanut butter! My dog loves it.NOTE: in order to mix formula up you knead it like dough. I found that if I put in my pocket before use it was much easier to blend. The peanut butter softens to absorb the calming herbs easier.We started with 1 packet and as the storm moved closer, I had the other packet ready to give him if needed. The storms intensified but his anxiety didn't . It was very clear to see that the product had some effect on him. The storms passed after an hour and the last 30 minutes of the rain, he was asleep. The next day we had more storms and I gave him his packet and we had the same effect.I couldn't wait to tell my vet about the EverRoot. I need to make sure I wasn't only seeing results I wanted to see. I asked a friend to try a couple packs to see what the results would be. She gave her dog a packet before going to the vet for her yearly vaccines in hopes it would help her severe anxiety. We gave it 30 minutes before the appointment and she was calmer than she has ever been at the vets. For her we should have given her 2 full packets for optimal results. I have three Chihuahua mix dogs who can be anxious at times due to their breed. Bought these to see if it would help assuage the anxiety. I didnt really notice a difference but maybe I needed to use it for longer than the supply lasts. On the plus side, they did enjoy the flavor boost when I added it to their food.
