One of my heels started to get sore. I wear flip-flops every day during the summer and have several pairs. I read that it could be planters fasciitis caused by not wearing shoes with arches. I was kind of bummed out because I was thinking I now have to go out and buy expensive flip-flops with arches, then discovered this product. I put a pair of arches on all of my flip-flops and they are great. They do not adhere very well in some cases so I used super glue which did the trick.

First day - I noticed an immediate difference for the better: the pain didn’t disappear but moved from a stabbing pain in the heel to a mild discomfort in the arch, which may be due to the readjustment that the support provides. The adhesion needed some super glue, but it’s a very minor issue. All I cared about has been pain relief. My hope is it’s gonna get better each day.

I added these to my sandals for added arch support. They are nearly invisible and enabled me walk more comfortably.

They help my feet but not for long because they won't stay stuck in place

These would be perfect if the adhesive was strong enough to actually hold them to the insole of the shoe. They feel great, but I had to use put Velcro on them to make them stick in my shoes.
