Amazing customer support, super fast response and was very helpful. The product came fast just wished there was instructions, but with the power of the internet, was able to find a installation video so install was a breeze. Everything works and install only took about an hour and a half.

Units seems to work fine for androids but if plan to use apple CarPlay expect to run into issues - like a couple of the other reviews it tends to glitch when playing music, doesn’t load at times or doesn’t let you disconnect unless you turn off your car. Backup camera also has a delayed response time. Will update with videos soon.

Great product that will give your interior a sharp & better look. Its kinda hard to install though since IS doesnt have much space behind the screen to work with and send the wire down towards the radio but not impossible. Took me 4 hours in total to install and put back everything. I really love the product. But i am seeing some glitches as i am using it more and more. Might be software issue or product issue, not sure. Such as Music wont skip sometimes, there will be white flash during load up once you start the car. On the other hand, my friend has a RCF and he has the same product but he doesnt have any problem with the product so far. Shipping was really fast. This head up android unit really gave my car a nice sharp look, It took about three hours to install im just trying to figure out how to download apple car play any suggestions?

Save your money. This isn’t the one. You will be disappointed. Most of the android features don’t work work unless you are connected to the internet through wifi. The screen menus are set up very basic and generic looking not option to maintain Lexus start up screen, so you get to see the ugly android logo everytime you start your car. , vehicle menu has no picture of car, dashboard feature shows speedo and tachometer that are not even close to in sync with the actual car. Sound quality in anything that is generated from the actual screen is horrible. Very disappointed.

Great screen looks fantastic in my car installation was quick and smooth.Lack of owners manual made setup and configuration once in car to be able to use it properly very frustrating.Still trying to figure out how to make everything work together with Lexus factory setup.

The media could not be loaded. Product is perfect. Everything is plug and play like they said. My installer has a lot of questions due to lack of experience and they answered all their questions quickly. They emailed me instructions and pictures. I received the product faster than I expected. Outstanding customer service and professionalism. Highly recommended.
