Collagen+ Enriched Bioactive Marine Collagen - Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin C, Vitamin E - 30 Day Supply

I thought I would try this as an alternative to my usual collagen capsules as this were out of stock. These are easy to swallow and don’t have any flavour or aftertaste which is positive. I have been taking 2 per day as per the instructions on the bottle. I’m not 100% convinced that they are as strong or as good as my usual product as my knee pain has returned. Usually taking collagen capsules relieves the pain in my knee.

There is no nasty after taste when taking these capsules correctly and I find it best to take with food to aid digestion.The benefits of taking collagen is fantastic. This is a good marine collagen supplement.The capsules are a decent size and easy to swallow. They don't have that dreadful fishy smell marine collagen sometimes has, so that's a big ole plus.There are a bajillion collagen supplements out there now, and I'm not convinced these are the best ones available, but any collagen you can take is great.Marine collagen can cause appalling indigestion, so while the instructions say to take two, I take one a day with food, which helps to limit any discomfort.Equally, it means the bottle lasts twice as long, so £13.99 (the price at the time of writing) will cover two months' worth of capsules, which is great.

You’re getting 60 capsules in this container and if you stick to the recommended dosage of true daily this will last you one month. The collagen is marine derived as opposed to bovine derived. Taking capsules is certainly for me a more convenient way than taking the standard powder the collagen often comes in. The capsules contain gelatin so bear that in mind if you’re someone who doesn’t like to consume gelatin. You are getting a decent dosage of collagen here and considering it is under £15 the price isn’t too bad. You also get a very long expiry date of almost 3 years from the time of ordering. The capsules are of typical size and are easy enough to swallow.
