THE GOOD:*Very rugged and well designed case with more screws clamping it together than any of its current competitors.*Good camera.*Very large advertised battery size.THE BAD:*rubber flap covering charging port is perpetually pushing the charging cable sideways and disconnecting it.*Android 10 on this phone is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. GPS apps have major problems using GPS properly. USB cameras do not work at all. More ads in apps, continually suggesting that I enable more Google Assistant services w/o me wanting these constant pop-ups.Android 10 has ridiculous newer iPhone type swipe gestures that are accidentally deployed when scrolling around the screen ALL THE TIME. They're terrible on both Android and my newest employer-provided iPhone.Update still is only Android 10. No system update available for 11 or 12.*"8000mah" battery does not last any longer than my Blackview BV9800's 6800mah battery.Overall a very good phone but these issues need corrected to make it a 5-star.

Something happened to the phone and the screen does not turn on. I hope that Qukitel will honor their waranty . But they have not. Amazon customer service has tried to get results to even send a screen and processor. The company never replies and when they do they have said it is to expensive to send a replacement due to duty and shipping costs. Amazon offered to give a refund that covers the cost of repair say a local repair shop but there are no parts in the USA for any of their phones.The phone cannot be repaired and the company does not honor their 24/7 service or 1 year warrantyDO NOT BUT THESE PHONES

Pros:- Big battery. Like massive - I can go without charging for days- Rugged? Haven't dropped it much, but it seems bulletproof so far. Other YouTube reviews have thrown it distances and it's been fine.But that's pretty much where the good endsCons:- Android OS. Oh my God, this (knock off?) version of Android is so bad. This is my main complaint that drops many stars. There's weird translations everywhere, functionalities are lost, and it's slower than it should be.- Camera. The camera is actually quite bad, there's so much shutter lag to it that can't be fixed, and the quality is just OK. I was expecting lots more.

I have always stuck with larger phone companies but after so many of my phone's breaking during my occupation I decided to get something more rugged. I was not disappointed, the battery life is a big plus when im out in the woods for many days doing mountain training. I have done more to this phone than previous phones and It just keeps on kicking. It's a good feeling being able to do physical damanding work and not have to constantly worry if you have broken your phone or if the battery had died and it's a medical emergency.

Nobody should buy this phone. I spent days researching the best phone to buy with my runing lifestyle. I run about 50-60 miles a week. I enjoy the water and hit the rough terrains. This phone seemed ideal! I first got it and showed it off to everyone. I bragged to everyone about this phone(foolishly). I tested the phone on my first outdoor rain run. It wasnt even heavy rain, very light. Sure enough after mile six, the screen crashed and never came back on. It is then i researched that this phone was made in china and very poorly. They offered no compensation for my troubles. Do not purchase this phone no matter how appealing it seems!

Screen cracked after two weeks, then phone system itself started glitching, return and refund directions not clear, customer service to return device useless nobody knew anything bunch of newbies, long story short phone is just another cheap phone don’t waste your money

It's big so you have to carry it.

Just got the phone works great a wee bit heavy the battery life will last about a day if you use it as I do and listen to books on it
