Works fine but no battery provided
The manual mentions there should be a battery included for the light (button batteries) which aren’t easy to find. But there were not in it

Compact with Nice Features
I love how compact it is and how nicely it sits on a tabletop. It has a built-in flashlight, and you can set the clock to different time zones. The beeper is loud enough but not unpleasant. I've had it for a while, and it's been exceptionally reliable. I like that the background light is blue so it doesn't blind you when you press the readout to check the time in a dark room.

Just meh....
VERY cheap plastic, have yet to see how long it last. In addition, it does NOT include AG13 (LR44) batteries like it says it does. As someone else pointed out, it's very difficult to find in stores. The company should modify their advertisement!!! On the plus side, it arrived exceedingly quick albeit the boxes were somewhat crushed. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this product.

Missing Batteries
I owned a similar clock years ago from Eddie Bauer and loved it. It’s great, especially when traveling across multiple time zones in short succession. But the instructions said that 3 AG13 batteries were included (for the flashlight function of the clock) and they weren’t.The two AAA batteries were not included, according to the instructions, and this was accurate.Highly disappointed that I had to spend as much on three AG13 batteries as I spent on the clock.I’d like my money back.

No batteries included
I like the product. Had one for 15 years before it broke. Just purchased this one as a replacement. It says 3 4.5v batteries included and 2 AAA batteries not included. When it arrived no batteries were included. The instructions with the product also stated that the 3, 4.5v batteries were included while the 2 AAA batteries were not.No batteries included.

Difficult Device
I'm returning this travel clock. It took me several tries to set it up. Then I saw that it takes additional cell batteries to operate the flashlight ( which was the feature I particularly like) and I was unable to find the required size after looking at 3 stores.

Just what I wanted
Replaces an older version. This is better because it is hard plastic
