This stuff is terrible and frustrating
The glue is super sticky, for your fingers. But it doesn't stick properly to surfaces. The paper backing sticks to it and rips easily, making projects with this product extremely frustrating. It definitely doesn't speed up the project. It's better to purchase normal velcro, and use a separate glue. It's much faster and it works.
