I've used this for years, but can't find the pump bottle version on Subscribe & Save anymore. This conditioner is so thick it doesn't come out of this bottle without squeezing it incredibly hard, biting it, trying to fold it in half to get the rest out, mixing it with water after some is used to try & thin it out, leaving it upside down in hopes that will help - incredibly annoying and a PIA. The bottle is incredibly stiff and unless you have great hand strength, it's a nightmare getting it out. I love the conditioner, but if they don't change the packaging back, I'm going to need to find another brand. I just don't have the time to spend 5 minutes trying to get the conditioner out of the bottle.

I live in Florida and it has been impossible for me to have a good hair day in the hot summer months (Very High Humidity). My new hairdresser used this on me and it was like a magic potion. My hair stayed under control without looking greasy. I bought from Amazon because it was a little less money than buying it at the beauty salon. I can go several days between washing and if it starts frizzing up a little, I can ad another dolop to my dry hair and it will work again. Love this product.

Love this product. The shampoo has a great smell, but the conditioner is rather bland regarding the scent. That is the only bad thing I have found to say about this product. It works wonderfully.

The product does not appear to have the same effect on my hair as the shampoo and conditioner of the exact same bottle, name and size. I don't know if the product in the salon differ from the purchase online but it seems to be different. The shampoo and conditioner that I bought from the salon made my hair lovely shiny soft and silky. The product I purchased off of Amazon seem to make my hair feel heavy, sticky, and unclean. The price is the same as well so I will just plan to purchase from the salon as I usually do.
