Creative Co-Op Woven Recycled Cotton Blend Tassels, Yellow & Cream Color Throw

I own several throws from this maker, and love them all. This yellow and cream recycled cotton throw is no exception. First, the mixed diamond and stripe design is gorgeous. The colors are bright and cheery, and just looking at this blanket puts me in a good mood! The use of recycled cotton means that every now and then you get an unexpected fleck of another color yarn -- I've seen everything from pink and purple to dark grey and blue. The recycled cotton is a fabulous touch, adding a bit of character and rustic charm to the piece. This is a very sturdy and well made blanket that is still soft. I can see it draped over my couch, or pulled out of the closet for a picnic in the park or as a prop in our annual family photos.

There are hard chunks of green and pink something—perhaps crayon?—in the “new” cream & yellow blanket I received. Oh, and it’s also covered in glitter and hair. Even if it was actually new, it’s poorly made and has a very rough texture.
