These loaf pans are such great quality! I love that they’re stainless steel and feel sturdy without being too heavy. I made a loaf yesterday and it turned out beautifully; baked evenly, released easily, and cleaned up with no problem. These stainless steel loaf pans are excellent quality! I received a set of two and they're both perfectly constructed with no warping. The 9x5 inch size is ideal for standard bread recipes and meatloaf. The stainless steel is heavy-duty and conducts heat evenly, resulting in perfectly baked loaves every time. They clean up beautifully - nothing sticks, and they're dishwasher safe. The smooth interior finish makes it easy to remove baked goods without them falling apart. No non-stick coating to worry about wearing off. They stack well for storage and the quality feels like they'll last for years. Much better than the cheap aluminum pans I was using before. Perfect for banana bread, pound cake, or meatloaf. Highly recommend!

I chose these because of the low price and the material (stainless steel). I didn't want non-stick pans because I'm pretty crunchy and all about non-toxic items, especially in the kitchen. Anyways, these are high quality and work great. Just make sure to oil or line them with parchment paper before adding any batter or dough as they are not non-stick. I forgot to do so my first time using them and had a hard time taking my banana bread out.

Love baking bread in these pans. They make the perfect sandwich loaves. They don’t hot long after you take them out so it’s easy to use. The bread comes right out and they are super easy to use. I use mine over and over and they stayed in great shape!

This pan is high quality and easy clean up at the same time. I have been making some sourdough bread over the summer. Trying to add some ingredients such as cinnamon sugar into the dough. The bread came out great and a lot of cinnamon sugar sank to the bottom of the pan. If you are an experienced baker or a cook, you know sugar harden up quickly. There it was stubbornly sticking on the pan. After soaking in water, with a little elbow grease the sugar came right off. High quality I mean the heat distributed evenly. Every loaf I made came out just right and soft and the top is crispy. Definitely it is a game changer for baking loaves.

I've used these for a few months now and can report that they work well for baking all kinds of bread. I usually make sandwich bread and no-knead loaves in them. Though the metal is slightly thin for my tastes, I don't find them prone to burning, as most previous steel or nonstick pans I've tried have been. I do prefer aluminum pans for all baking, but these seem to heat and bake evenly and do the job well for a fraction of the cost. I coat my pans with a layer of Pam type spray before dropping in loaves, then wash thoroughly with hot soapy water after baking to prevent the build up of gunk. They aren't beautiful, and they darken slightly with use, but they are very serviceable bread pans.

I love these pans. I use them for biscotti. They are the perfect width and length, and shallow enough to make spreading the dough easy. I use baking spray with flour and the biscotti is easy to remove after baking. Easy to clean, too.
