The tulle netting is very soft and feels nice against skin, not scratchy at all! But the skirt still has a ton of volume, and works well as a petticoat under a skirt, or on its own tutu style. Has been a big hit with my 2 year old, gets crammed into a toy box and bounces back good as new.

This is my favorite tutu for my 3 1/2 yo! She typically wears a size 5 in everything. She is on the tall and thicker side. It sits right at her knees.She got the 4-5T this year. These are beautiful. They are very full and fluffy. They are soft. They are sturdy! We purchased another last year and it is still in use! My daughter wears it to play in at least once a week if not more. I will continue to buy these as long as her size is sold. I definitely recommend purchasing.

This is perfect! Bought it white and black and they add so much fullness under dresses and are thick enough to wear by them selves. I will likely buy more in other colors. You’ll need to fluff them after you take them out of the package, just shake and separate the layers.
