Reliable and Powerful Backup Battery
This portable battery has been a lifesaver! It’s powerful enough to charge my laptop on the go, and it works quickly without overheating. The battery life is impressive, providing multiple charges before needing to be recharged itself. It’s lightweight and compact, making it easy to carry in my bag. I love having the peace of mind that I’ll never run out of power when I’m working remotely or traveling. Definitely a must-have for anyone who needs a reliable backup power source. Highly recommend

Krisdonia service very good.
Update again.Krisdonia service contacted me again to see what the new problem is. They're sending a second replacement, and they acknowledge that if this doesn't work there's nothing else they can do.Maybe it's my laptop with the powerbank. Maybe it's the USB-C cable? (I doubt because it works fine with other chargers.) Maybe it's just a second fluke, luck of the draw. Maybe it doesn't like being always used as PD charger for a laptop. But either way, the support is responsive and amazing. And they are doing everything they can to make it right. I'm raising the review to 4 stars. So If you don't need USB-C PD, then this is perfect, but if you do need it then you *might* have issues. The battery bank alone is a great storage device for something like a portable solar panel, with nice output options, even USB-C when it works. But you have 12V, 16V, 20V and 24V options. If you're electrically inclined, you can use a boost converter to change from any of those outputs to pretty much anything else, or an inverter to generate 110V AC.With 100W you've got a lot of headroom for devices. If replacement #2 seems to have a more stable USB-C I'll raise this to 5 stars, but with the support I've received you can't go wrong. They stand behind their product, and I believe soon Krisdonia products will be a well known name like Anker.---Update, im so disappointed. I wanted to like this so much but its so unreliable. First unit the usbc pd just died (i chalk it up to defective product, which is fine), the replacement it now has been unable to negotiate pd with my laptop.Plug in my laptop and charging, then not, then charging. One time i thought it was the laptop and rebooting worked. It continued charging. But i tried it again today, after it started happening again, and nope. Basically a useless charger.Maybe its not meant for long term use? I dont know. But it shouldnt be like this.I tried really really hard to like this. They did replace the unit when it failed. I doubt they’ll replace a second one… i have to put it to one star because its just unreliable.——So i've read some reviews saying it doesnt put out 100w on the PD. They are wrong, unless they got a defect, I have reached 100w on the PD output. The reality is PD is super sensitive, to the wire width of the USB, length of the USB, and of course the device intake wattage pull. (Current wattage use is limited first on what your device can pull, then limited by the max the power deliverer can push.)YOUR IPHONE DOESN'T TAKE 100W! It probably doesnt even reach to 45w or 65w. (The ipad pro takes a max of 30w so why would you iphone take any more?) I have a 100W laptop, measured with a LCD Reporting measuring USB cable shows that it does go to 100W when under load, AND battery is low.Normal use of that laptop stays around 20-30w.My other laptop takes 65W max, it rarely hits that because I don't let the battery drop so low on that one. And it is steady around 20-30W also, but most of the time it'll stay around 5-15W.Lithium Batteries charge fast only when the battery is low, for safety of the battery and longevity, they "trickle charge" when it's closer to full. So putting an 80% charged phone on a PD will max pull 15w, if that.Don't trust the reviews that say it doesn't have 100W PD, it does! Now my problem, which they replaced my unit is because my USBC stopped working al together. I think they have a problem with the PD USBC port, as I've seen multiple reviews saying similar statements. That PD just stops. All other power output works fine. Of course I bought mine for the PD primarily, the other ports are just nice to haves. If I only needed it for 12v out, I'd be ok with PD giving up personally.---- Update 1:I’ve changed my rating from 1 to 5 because krisdonia went out of their way to take care of the issue. They worked with me even when I was rude to them once. My bad, I was kranky. Yes I had a bad start, then the usb c port failed, just bad luck I assume. They worked with me to verify the problem and resolved it.They stand by their products and they should it’s a decent battery storage, with decent options and expandability.Previous review:Read instructions. Plug it in. Nothing… ok maybe it needs to charge a bit. NothingPress button… nothing… start Amazon return.Play with the 19v out port with a cable. Press the button a few more times. Unplug and plug back in… a light 19v 1%.I’m not very confident right now. But I canceled the return.

Life. Saver.
This little gem has been a life saver. I use it to power my Rog Ally, and it works in turbo mode! Also powers my daughter’s iPad for hours. The best part is even though it doesn’t have a huge capacity, it charges extremely fast. Like 0-100% in under an hour. Love it.

I really tried....
When I first turned on the unit, the battery read 95% (before charging).I thought, "Great! let's test her out". I plugged up my devices, and the charging began!10mins later, the unit's battery reading said 1% remaining! So, I unplugged everything and connected only the charging cable. Four hours later, it's back at 100%!Disconnected the charging cable, then held the power button for 2 seconds. The display went dark.Five seconds later, the unit turns itself back on and shows the lightning bolt & 20v at 100% charge level.I tried to turn it off AGAIN. After 5 seconds, the same cycle occurs (unit turns back on).As it sits powered-on (since I can't get it to turn off), the battery is gradually draining down from 100%.Hopefully, customer service will have some ideas, or the return will be painless.I haven't found any sources on the internet that explain this situation or how to fix it myself.**Update***The purchase of this particular Krisdonia unit is an upgrade from the 25000mah unit to the 32000mah unit.I remembered that the 25000 unit had instructions NEVER to attempt passive charging of the unit + devices IF the unit's battery charge is less than 1%.Here's what got my unit working when I was experiencing the "won't turn off" issue.I let the unit sit (powered on) until it drained completely (the unit was dark and would not come on). I connected the charging 120vac power block to the unit ONLY (not the wall 120vac outlet). Doing this caused the power-blocks little green light to dim and finally go out. (Apparently, the power block has some capacitors storing energy. Connecting the power block to a dead unit while disconnected from the wall allowed the discharge of those capacitors.)With no other devices connected to the unit, I plugged in the power pack and recharged the unit to 100%. The unit started performing as expected (I could turn on/off, charge devices, and use passive charging).Lesson learned (again); NEVER attempt passive charging of the unit WHILE also charging devices when the unit is less than 5% (or so).I'm still not clear on the PD charging aspects, but working on it. It worked and not worked. I haven't tested to find what/how/when.In general, I'm happy with the purchase.**Final update **The Krisdonia is a great unit. It works exactly as I hoped. I've charged from 4 ports at once, but I don't think the charger can keep up with that discharge rate, as the battery was slowly dropping. Someone else can do the math. Here's what I had connected. All were <50% remaining batt life.Dell 14" laptop 20v port, Macbook M1 Pro USBc-PD usbc port (the MagSafe cable that comes with this unit does not fit my model), iPhone 13pro USB port, Airpod Max USB port. The unit gets warm (don't leave it in your bookbag when in use or self-charging); it needs ventilation. The operation is straightforward:1. Start from a powered-off, charged Krisdonia.2. Plug your device into any of the ports of the Krisdonia that it fits (85% true!)*3. Plug the charging block of the Krisdonia unit into a 120v outlet4. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds and release*5. Double-press the power button*6. Unplug the Krisdonia charging packTHESE ARE THE STEPS TO USE THE PASSIVE CHARGING FEATURE... Easy right? But if you want to use it throughout the day as I do, you only need to perform steps 1, 2, and 4.At night, I perform all six steps before bed.Works great***** FINAL UPDATE****The charging pack failed today. Now I'm at a remote location with no means to charge my laptop or other devices. My final conclusion is that although this product has great potential, the constant challenge of restoring its ability to PD charge (by draining, and then recharging), and now a failed charging pack has become more of a liability than an asset. I'm outside the return window, but instead of replacing the charging pack, I think I'll invest elsewhere.

Great for charging anything, including a steam deck!
Slick little black box. Feels huge at first but most of the extra weight is in the cables and adapters. The box comes with a nice bag for transport that can also hold a cable of your choice.Successfully charges a steam deck with its 100w charging option (the USB C to USB C) cable. Not sure how many charges I can get out of it but I'm guessing 1.5-2.Wish it had arrived charged but it only took about an hour to be fully charged using the DC-IN cable.

Versatile battery up to the task
Exactly what I needed. This unit is very versatile. I'm using a barrel plug to run fan in greenhouse. Fan is 12v and this power unit has a dedicated 12v out and a changable port of 16v 20v and 24v . Came with lots of plugs and a case. Great deal and works great.
