Mine arrived in Perfect Condition
Mine arrived today in perfect condition, installed it in 2 minutes and the heater fired up on the 2nd try = no problem! I've only had it for 4 hours so I will wait another week to be sure it is still working fine or I would have given it 5 stars. A lot cheaper than a service call from the pool store!

The end is very fragile and breaks easily. I wish the manufacture would figure out a better metal to use.

Poor Packaging
Arrived broken. The internal manufacturer package had a large label that said "FRAGILE". The Amazon box that it was packaged in had no indicators of the package needing to be handled carefully. Arrived quickly, but I knew something was wrong as I picked it up and I heard pieces rattling. The igniter element was completely broken off and in multiple pieces. It has fallen out of the cardboard mount and was just crashing around in the box. I ordered through Amazon Warehouse, I was told I can not get a replacement as it was fulfilled by Amazon through a third-party seller (very misleading that Amazon Warehouse is treated as a third party seller...) Amazon.com still has stock but at nearly 4x the price I paid.

Arrived broken
Paid $86. Arrived broken. No problem, requested a refund. To reorder is $101. WTF is that?

Broke after using three times
Heating element broke after three uses. Center of element broke symmetrical as if a fault in the manufacturing process.
