Now first off I like this shoe a lot. I'm wearing them now for several days and have ordered a 2nd pair.If you plan to wear without socks then you must take a a pair of small scissors and trim the leather fasteners that hold them together. Little leather strips that hold them together with stitches in them keep the shoe from falling apart. If you don't your going to have very sore feet from skin rubbing on them!Small scissors, cut very carefully the points off the leather that touch skin. Just a few minutes your done.Then you have no pain from break-in.This is a perfect all purpose comfortable loafer and all around good house slipper. I normally wear a size 10. The 10.5 fits just fine.

I wanted to like these as my comfy go to shoe, but after one month of light wear they blew out in the back, not at a seam mind you, the actual fabric blew out, next to a seam. I know these are pretty inexpensive shoes, but one month?I have changed my review to 4 stars based on the seller response, they immediately sent me a new pair of shoes. I do like them and actually purchased a 2nd pairUpdate: my second pair wore right through the heels of both shoes in a very short period of time, I would only recommend these as around the house or office, if you take these out to walk on pavement they are toast.

this is my 3rd but last purchase of these shoes. They used to be my favorite everyday shoe, I love these shoes, BUT, My first pair lasted 2 years, Second pair lasted 9 months, and now this most recent purchase Iv'e only had 2 months and they are splitting open at the seams. Since my first purchase they have doubled in price and decreaced 75% in quality. It's a shame because they really are an increadible comfortable everyday shoe. to bad once a company builds a cliet base they tend to start to take advantage.
