Beautiful girls diary
Hi, my name is catalina, I’m 8 years old... The book was so good I love how it comes with that little bracelet and everything from it I love the glittery Pen And a little holder for the pen in the thing. I would say this is five stars it is so nice inside so pretty fantastic job!!!

Updated review below this old one- I ordered this months ago as a birthday gift for my daughter. Of course it was given to her after the return time frame. We have not been able to open this journal. There is a malfunction with the lock. I am extremely disappointed. I have tried several times and it will not open. I would love a refund but that won’t happen.Updated review 2-15-22- The owner of this company reached out to me about the issue. They went above and beyond. It’s hard to come across a company these days that take customer service seriously. They refunded for the non working diary and sent us a new one for free. My daughter was so happy to receive the new one today. It works perfectly and is beautiful. I am grateful they reached out and made this right. I would order from them again, no question. Thank you!!

Doesn’t work.
My daughter loved this and in the first hour of owning it she set up the lock, wrote on a page and it worked opening and closing without issues for about 2 hours and then it would never unlock again.Sadly this was the second lockable diary she had tried and both had locks that failed. So we returned this one as well.

Beautiful diary; great customer service!!
We bought this journal for my 10 year old daughter. She picked it out herself after hours of research on journals. She was so excited to start writing in it! Unfortunately, she forgot her combination. The instructions to unlock the journal and reset her password did not work/ the journal knob that twist’s got jammed and wouldn’t turn. We contacted the supplier and were refunded our money right away. Great customer service! She reordered the same journal as she loves it, the pen, and the bracelet!

Great customer service
I bought this for my granddaughter. When she went to set the combination, the lock jammed and we could not move the button at all. I contacted Rachael from the company and they immediately sent out a new diary. My granddaughter is thrilled. She loves the idea of a locked diary that her twin sisters can’t read. :) For me, I am happy to find a company that backs up its products.
