Bed Centre Bliss Grey Linen Divan Base with Optional Drawers and Headboard (4FT6 Double, No Drawers No Headboard)

I needed a bed urgently and ordered one but it wasn't as advertised so arranged for it to be returned. I ordered a mattress and this base ... what a difference this base is to the other oneTo start with the base is heavy and feels really sturdy... the delivery men didn't take it upstairs for me so I had to drag it upstairs on my own.. I wasn't impressed. Anyway, back to the base .... the material is lovely. A dark grey linen which looks expensiveI ordered a base with a headboard and drawers. The drawers are solid and the headboard is gorgeousThe clips to attach the 2 halves of the base is metal, whereas they are normally cheap plasticThe feet just slot in and when the base is on the floor, I just sat on the bed and bounced by bum so it slotted the feet into place. The feet are wide oval shaped, which won't mark the bed like small feet wouldAll in all...this is well worth the money and I highly recommend. If you buy cheap, you get cheap and for just over £200, this base looks really expensive and the material makes it look expensiveHighly highly recommend

Easy to assemble, looks great and decent enough. Has a smell though, almost like fresh paint?! that is very strong and didn't come out yet.But great when you have a smaller room and can't do a bed bigger than the mattress.The headboard is quite heavy, the bolt holes were too big, so one comes out and is wobbly.For the price,i haven't seen cheaper, but is just 2 wooden cubes covered in fabric, so...could be a bit better priced.

Delivered and taken upstairs by two very cheerful gents. I was able to unpack and assemble 2 pieces of the divan on my own with no problems whatsoever. I am a 77 year old female.The instructions were clear and accurate. It is 9 45 am and my bed is made up and ready for me to use. It took little more than an hour. The quality is good, it’s sturdy but light enough to handle. The hardest part was pulling out the staples securing the 4 drawers. Would buy again.

Good qualityEasy to assemble

Initial product was delivered damaged. It was taken back, refunded and we had to order another one.Its a good size single bed and seemed sturdy enough but after 4 months of use by a 13 year old girl of average height and weight the top of the bed is collapsing at one end. The top of the divan is caving downwards and the mattress is starting to sink down. Won't be long before we can't get the drawers open. Very disappointed.

How quick is was delivered and the order didn’t take long.But not easy to assemble it as we found it difficult to understand the manual.
