Works well
Pros:- Actually works to give milk the right texture for espresso-based beverages and latte art (with practice)- The soft touch button doesn't hurt your fingers much when you keep it pressed down- The case is makes it easy to travel with and looks sleekCons:- Like others mentioned, the build quality is very average (all plastic and doesn't feel premium)- Isn't rechargeable with a USB cable (you can use rechargeable batteries though)Overall, this product is the only frother I've found that works as advertised for creating textured milk for use in espresso-based beverages (once you get the hang of it). I'd recommend it over any of the $10-$15 frothers for this purpose.

Worst product EVER!
I don't know if mine was defective but seeing now this is new and not mass produced the quality should have been better. I have never received a product this terrible before. Subminimal you failed so damn hard.I was so happy when this item arrived and couldn't wait to use it. After washing and putting in the battery my mind was blown as to how bad the product was. This item literally has two functions only:1. Button can be pressed2. Motor runs after button is pressed. That's all! How the hell did you guys mess up?? I'll be terrified if you guys came out with a food chopper. yikesIssues:1. Product stated that it's waterproof. After washing I opened the battery compartment and saw a bit of water inside.2. Pressing the button to turn on was so hard that I couldn't hold it longer than 2 seconds. Most of the time if you don't press it hard enough and in the correct spot it won't spin. I was pressing so hard my thumb was turning white from it. I tried holding it in every way possible even using two hands to press the button but still no go. This is the worst invention I have ever seen. It looked great in videos but wow it's so crappy. Maybe those people on youtube got a good copy since it was sent from the company themselves to promote so it only makes sense it's good. Also please note that the button needs to be constantly held down or it won't work. For those who's thinking that I must be so weak to not be able to function this. Maybe, but I didn't pay all this money to suffer. My 10 dollar milk frother from china was easier to use and that's just sad. I got this hoping to learn latte art since I don't have a steamer but was sadly disappointed. I'm so glad I had decided to buy on amazon and not their website or else I'll be wasting money sending the item back ughSide notes:1. Part of the body is made of cheap plastic. Like 99 cent store cheap. I would expect this from other cheap china companies but not when the item cost 40 bucks.2. It does look neat just too bad it was all looks and no substance.

Feels flimsy, but it actually does produce reasonably good microfoam
The media could not be loaded. I have very little kitchen space so had to settle for a tiny Lavazza mini - the “espresso” is surprisingly good, but of course there’s no steam wand. I’ve been using a milk frother that both warms the milk ( usually oat milk-barista style) and froths it somewhat excessively. While it’s fine for a bubbly cappuccino, I always wondered if proper texturizing could be accomplished without conventional steam. Figured I’d try this gizmo ( despite having had no luck with previous wand frothers) and at first I was a bit disappointed. It felt flimsy and I thought it was underpowered. Then I decided to swap in fresh and just-charged high quality batteries, which made a significant difference in power. I haven’t tested the fine screen yet and will update if anything interesting happens, but I have used the standard screen for both oat milk (barista style) and 2% whole milk ( as pictured). I can’t draw latte art — yet— but I was impressed by how smooth and glossy the cow’s milk became. I prefer the flavor of oat milk, but the 2 % was prettier and the poured pattern of foam is more durable ( that is to say, it didn’t collapse or spread shortly after pouring). The spun milk mixed with the coffee crema nicely to create a thick, yet fluid topping. Obviously I need to hone my pouring technique, but with practice I might just be able to create an attractive drink after all. What has been working for me is heating milk in a Pyrex measuring cup (1/4 cup) … microwave cold milk at level 8 for 1 min 15 seconds ( 150 f), then I pour the hot milk into a metal pitcher and keep hand swirling the milk while the espresso is brewing to “polish” it. I find that you only need a few seconds “bubbling” at the center, then I immediately submerge and shift the wand to the side and continue swirling until the coffee is done ( 30 sec) plus another 15 or so seconds if the milk needs more time to achieve that desired paint-like consistency. It seems pretty effective. The spun milk pours much better than foamed milk, which usually separates so you get a thin stream of liquid, then a plop of foam at the top. Still a work in progress, but I’ve learned a lot in just a few days and I’m glad I decided not to return the nano foamer. Negatives are the still-difficult to press “soft” button, the flimsy plastic casing, and the screens seem fragile. I doubt I will use it every day, but it’s a fun toy. I think it’s a bit overpriced, but I guess we’re paying for the R&D … it’s certainly a unique product that is unlike any frother I’ve ever used. I recommend trying it to see if it works with your preferred milk product. It takes a bit of practice, but it’s worth it.

Broke in less than two months
Very disappointed in this product after spending all that money double of the cost of any other one on Amazon I was expecting it to be better quality broke right in half and crazy glue would not even fix it:(I used it once a day for one coffee a day for approximately one and a half months there should’ve been no reason for that to braich like that the screen won’t even fit now inside of it anymore.

Dissatisfied. Despite the hype, microfoam was very difficult to produce.
The motor is weak, the product does not work as advertised.

Best of hand held rotatory frothers yet
I like that it easily makes almost silky latte milk. Maybe i need more practice to make it perfect or it just at its peak… but it is better than any other non-commercial milk frother out there. What I don’t like is the shipment time, even with express delivery it takes quite a while… but it’s worth the wait

Poor made
It works, can be used to froth milk for coffee. But it didn’t last long, the plastic is quite cheaply and a bit flimsy .Broke after 1 year, only used maybe once or twice a month
