Optrix by Body Glove Waterproof Action Camera Case for iPhone 6/6s - Pro

It says you get 4 lens, but mine only came with the fisheye lens and the 0 lens. But it’s okay, I wouldn’t use the others anyways. I am very very happy with the quality of this case. I did the water test and left it submerged for hours. I trust this case 100%! I took it on my cruise and used it at the beach twice! The snorkeling was not the greatest sight seeing, but I’ll attach my photo of a fish anyways. The biggest complaint I read from other reviews is that the screen doesn’t work underwater. Which is correct. You must go above water to use the touch screen.Helpful tip: To take pictures, push the volume button!!

Really love using this on trips. The only downside is that the touch screen doesn't work well underwater. Hard to take a picture, have to put a timer on which doesn't work well sometimes.

I bought this waterproof case at least 3yrs ago. Recently, a lake current swept my phone and the float I have attached to it away. It was found 10 days later by a kid fishing and my iPhone is still A-Ok!!! Just gotta scrub the lake and baby mussels of the case and I’m good to go again! Thanks for a stellar product BodyGlove 💯

Great Product

My holidays in Mexico wouldn't be the same without it. Mostly used wide lens, didn't bother to carry the rest of them around and swap them for the risk of scratching them. I'm attaching some pictures so you can see for yourself!Using wide angle lens, you can take a panoramic picture of 360o easily (even more :)).Underwater had a couple of issues:*water pressure on the case makes it "stick" to the screen, so it doesn't recognise any commands if you try to press it. You have to use the volume buttons if you want to take pictures.'-> Downside: it's a crap when you try to film as you can't control it with these buttons. Solution: record, dive, film, come out of the water, stop filming. Don't care? Post it. Don't like it? Edit video, post it :)'-> Also had some issues because of this, as I would have the phone ready to take pictures but, as soon as the phone went underwater, this pressure on the screen would have the phone assuming some weird commands and change to video. Ended up filming stuff that was supposed to be a picture and vice versa (did some [accidental] cool slow-motion videos and even got fish on camera, 'though! :D).* Screen underwater reflects light, making it almost impossible to see what you're getting on the camera (I still think I did quite well, though - if you use the wide lens, it's almost impossible not to get what you want on the picture)!* Under hot weather, phone will be able to fry eggs inside this case.. Mine was still ok after a full week! :PIf the phone sticks and doesn't come out of the case as the screen is "glued", not to worry! Simply use a piece of paper to separate phone's screen from case and pull phone out!Besides all the issues, had an amazing time using it and took pictures I wouldn't be able to if I didn't have it. Way easier than carrying a camera :)Tip: it comes with a nice sling, but if you are planning to go on a cenote, buy one that will make the phone float. You don't want to dive 40m to get the phone back if it falls :P

Bought this product a few years ago for a bit of fun to get some photos with my friend in the sea. Little did I know how brilliant this product actually was. My family travelled to Slevenia about half a year after I made this purchase, and of course I took this case with me. While out there we decided to do a day trip canyoning (would highly recommend,) and I decided to take my phone with me and document the whole thing. I asked my dad to film me jumping off a waterfall and then at the bottom offered to film him. This was where I made a big mistake (and the only downside of this product- it sinks.) I told my dad to throw the case down to me “I promise I’ll catch it” and of course, did not catch it. Long story short, 5 and a half hours later- in addition to 4m of water pressure, I am writing this review off of the very same phone 2 years later.

This is the best thing since sliced bread. Really it is. I've taken amazing pictures snorkelling and as a hiker and adventurer I really can't live without this anymore. My only gripe is this: the inner case isn't suitable as a protective case. And when I'm not 'adventuring' I want my phone in a normal case. But the inner case damages super easily when you take the phone out. It damaged on first and second use. I wish they would sell the inner case separately or give you two. *sad face*. Other than that I can only say: love it. Tip: buy some silicon gel to keep the seals lubricated.

I bought this case before a family holiday to take pics and videos whilst underwater and was very disappointed with the usability. I was unable to any pictures underwater or record any videos because the buttons did not work. I was only about half a metre underwater so it wouldn’t be due to any type of pressure changes. To get around this I could only record videos but I had to start the video above the water where all the buttons worked perfectly, then record underwater and then return to the surface to press stop. Not exactly ideal and I was only using in a private pool – there’s no way this would’ve been acceptable snorkeling in the sea or scuba diving in shallow water.

So far so good. Came in some HEFTY packaging and I was surprised at the quality of the carrying case. The iPhone case is my new daytoday case and it snugly fits into the 'submarine', the actual waterproof part. Very impressed and am going on holiday in two days on the beach... will update ASAP...Update: it did awesome. So happy with the results!! Don't rely on the strap though, I lost the phone for a few seconds on the sea floor as the strap broke...... BUT, it's amazing otherwise
